Chapter Two

Y/N pov

I looked over to see Diluc. I started to go towards him but I was pulled back by Kaeya. He had one arm around my waist and the other covering my mouth

"Diluc nice surprise I haven't seen you in months, how are you doing" Kaeya said smiling

"Kaeya let her go now" Diluc glared at Kaeya

"What if I refuse to let go" he smirked and pulled me closer to him

"I mean it let y/n go now" Diluc demanded

"So that her name y/n" Kaeya looked down at me and back at Diluc "so I hear from y/n you haven't told her our little secret"

"That's because she doesn't need to know"

"Oh but I think she does" Kaeya said pulling down the sleeve if my shirt exposing my neck "Oh come on here I know you want to"

What was Kaeya going on about. I tried to break his grasp around my waist, but all he did was take his hand away from my mouth and held back my arms. Now was my chance to ask what was going on.

"What do I need to know you both are confusing me and you Diluc you promised you wouldn't ever lie to me" I stated and Diluc looked down that's when I felt Kaeyas breath on my neck.

"Kaeya I swear don't you dare" Diluc looked mad

"Too late I'll just show her our little secret" Kaeya said leaning back towards my neck. The next thing I felt was his lips around my neck then a pain in my neck. I was about to scream when Kaeya covered my mouth again.

"KAEYA" Diluc yelled charging towards Kaeya as he took his mouth away from my neck and threw me to the ground

"You weren't going to do it now were you" Kaeya looked at Diluc as he rushed towards me to make sure I was okay.

"Y/N are you okay" Diluc asked concerned I nodded. I placed my hand against my neck . Diluc stood up and turned to face his brother but he was gone

I just sat on the ground still in shock with my hand on my neck. A few moments later I took my hand off my neck and looked at my hand and started shaking

"Y/n what's wrong?" Diluc asked

"What are you two" I asked ignoring his question

"I didn't want you to find out the way" Diluc looked down for a few seconds before looking back into my eyes "We... Well... We are definitely not human but we are vampires"

I backed away from him not wanting him to do the same thing his brother did to me. "N...no get away from me" I choked out

"No I'm not going to hurt you I promise" Diluc said getting closer to me. He extended his hand to me to help me up. I reluctantly took his hand as he pulled me up and into a hug. The next moment we were back home. That's when I lost it and broke down crying.

"Why... Why me?" I said still in tears "Why didn't you tell me"

"I wanted too I just didn't know when was the right time to tell you" He said getting a first aid kit and cleaning up the bite marks Kaeya made and wrapped it up "I didn't want you to find out this way" he looked uncomfortable as he put away the kit

"It's fine, Im just glad I'm still here. You look uncomfortable are you okay?" I asked him

"Yes and no" He replied "Yes to know that you are still here and no because I can smell your blood and its very tempting"

"Oh... I'm sorry... I should have listened to you and not have gone near that place" I looked down ashamed of what I did

Diluc pulled me into a hug as I hugged him back. "It's fine I'm just glad you're still alive" he gave me a gentle smile.
