Not a day goes by that he doesn't aim to please you and rid you of your worries, yet it has gotten him nowhere. Melone always goes out of his way to remind you that he is willing to do what you ask and that you're never going to get a problem out of him. The problem is that it can bite you later when he's becoming frustrated at your lack of attention or interest.
He loves you dearly and he doesn't want to do anything that'd ruin his chances completely but eventually, he starts to remind you that after all he's done, you've never given him anything in return. Or starts saying things like "it's gonna cost ya' one of these days~", "Don't I deserve a reward for that? ♡".
