Hidden Secrets

Chapter XI

I woke up as early as possible, while it was still pretty dark out. I was nice and helped clean off the paint that...well I cleaned up Ironhide's hide. That was a chore that I figured I deserved, along with that the twins had to clean up the training center, which after cleaning Ironhide, I had joined in later. It gave me both something to do, and it helped me clean up the guilt that I felt on my chest. I was still planning to do my individual prank though, but I also made sure it wouldn't be something that would make me feel guilty, and I was at the same time hoping that people would be able to enjoy it. I had made sets of screens to put on the bots' optics, that would make everyone feel like they were seeing everything in black and white. Of course, Ratchet was easy to set up. It was merely a magnetic glass that I had made with a remote I made. I could easily attach it to the bots, with a simple touch, and afterwards I would be able to deactivate the glass and make it to where they fell off easily when they weren't watching. So unless they were incredibly smart, they wouldn't be able to know it was me that invented the simple prank.

While everyone was asleep, I quickly put it on everyone who was asleep in the main hanger, which I simply just put the glasses on their headlights, which I easily figured was also their eyes in their car forms. It was 5 am by the time I finished setting up the prank, so I decided to add to the prank by making some music blast around the main hanger, but not in the medbay. As soon as that was done I snuck back into the medbay and fell asleep on Ratchet's chest, somehow successfully not waking him up in the process.

I woke up to the sound of soft music playing in the hanger. I didn't know what was going on, as I transformed and saw everything was black and white, or even gray around me. I didn't know what was going on. I turned to my twin brother and shook him to wake him up. "Sunny!" I whispered. "Sunny, wake up. I think someone pranked me." I cried. Sunny slowly shifted from waking up, and the second he looked around he panicked. "What is going on? Where did all the colors go?" He cried. "I don't know, but I want to get out of here and figure out who the pranksters were." I replied as I got up and headed out of the hangar only for the music to suddenly blast. My brother and I quickly covered our audios as the music blasted. Causing all the bots to wake up.

I'm seeing in black and white

Just have woken up from the night

I don't know at the time what is right

Please let's not break out into a fight.

"What the heck is going on?" Ironhide cried. "Was this you two?"

"Ironhide, let's not get dramatic. Though I am curious if your guys' eyes are acting up." Optimus spoke up as he had shifted from his alt mode to his bipedal mode.

"Why are you all black and white Prime?" Wheeljack cried. "Everything is black and white? Am I sick?"

"I am seeing in black and white as well." Arcee cried.

Let us all look to the light

As we try to find what is right

Everything is all black and white

Please do not run and bite

We need to stand strong alike

This is all a strange site

"Ok, that music is very startling. Am I the only one that thinks this is a prank?" Chromia asked. "It seems too well coordinated."

"Was this your guys doing?" Ironhide cried as he looked at both me and Sunstreaker. "I mean, you did both prank me just yesterday, with all that pink paint. Thank Primus, Maria helped me get that all off."
