Rewriting certain scenes

Hunger Games Mockingjay pt 2 - Gale and Katniss

Before Snow's execution Gale finds Katniss, who has sunken into a depressed state after losing her sister. 

"Gale, I need to ask you something" Katniss whispered hoarsely. 

"Ask me anything Katnip" the tall boy stated. 

"Did you have something to do with Prim's death?" Katniss choked out not bearing to look at him. 

"I designed the weapon, but she wasn't supposed to be there" Gale replied. 

Katniss whipped her head to face him, her cheeks had sunken in a bit from lack of not eating while her figure looked smaller, "How could you? She was trying to save those people. You knew she was there and did nothing to stop the attack" 

"I had no choice; it was for the cause- what we're up against is bigger than you or me. Anyone would've done what I did" Gale tried explaining. 

"Peta wouldn't have killed innocent people for the cause, he would've died himself rather kill any more innocent people... Gale, I never want to see you again; I choose Peta" Katniss stated walking away.
