What am I really?

Sonic and his new friends were late to their next lesson, but their teacher knew why. The teacher they had now was a lioness. She teaches science. Her name was Mrs Scott and she was really nice. She never yelled at the top of her voice. In fact her voice was soft and sweet, just like Cream's.

Sonic and friends walked through the door and she just smiled. "Hi Sonic, how is Tails doing."

"He's doing better Miss."

"Heh that's good" Mrs Scott said still smiling.

"Come on guys let's take our seats." Sonic sat at the back along with Shadow, Amy and Cream. He saw Fang sitting a couple tables away from him and he gave Sonic an evil smile.

Fang didn't know how angry Sonic was at him right now but he just kept smiling and didn't seem to care. About half way through the lesson. The head teacher came in.

"Err sorry Mrs Scott but can I borrow Fang and Sonic please."

"Yes of cores Mrs Stripes" said Mrs Scott while nodding.

Sonic and Fang were taken to the head office to have a little chat with the headmistress.

"Have a seat boys." Mrs Stripes went to sit at her desk and there were two chairs in front of it.

Sonic and Fang did as they were told and went to sit down. "Now can you tell me what happened in the GMY this morning?"

Sonic immediately spoke. "It was Fang and his stupid rocks, he's the one that hurt my little buddy." "What that is so not true why would I hurt Tails he hadn't done anything to me." "Yeah he hadn't, so why did you scar him for LIFE!" Sonic shouted.

"Ok boys calm down. So Sonic what your say is that Fangs the reason why Tails in in the hospital wing. Am I right?" "Yes Miss."

"Fang was it you?" Mrs Stripes asked looking Fang right in the eye. "No I swear miss." "Well I've already talked to Mr Black and he said that you did hit Tails with the doge ball, but he couldn't figure out how Tails got hurt that badly." "I know how Tails got badly injured." Sonic zoomed out the room and came back with one of the doge balls or something that looked like a doge ball and handed it to Miss.

When Miss saw what it was, she didn't look at all happy. "Sonic you may go." Sonic couldn't help but smile when he left the room, but also couldn't help but hear what Miss had to say. He put is ear up against the door to listen and for some weird reason could hear the conversation loud and clear. Like he was in the room but he wasn't.

"As for you Fang, double detention." "What but Miss," "No buts I can't believe a student like you would do something like that." "I will be calling your parents tonight and I will also see you after school at 3:15 sharp." "Now go back to your class."

When Sonic heard Fang coming towards the door he legged it back to science like there was no tomorrow.

When he got back to his class, science was nearly over. Sonic was about to walk into his lesson when Fang grabbed him by his chest and put him up against a wall.

"Because of you I've got a detention, and you're going to pay by getting a knuckle sandwich." Sonic couldn't believe what he was hearing. The anger filled up inside him and he grabbed Fang and smashed him through the wall. "It's because of you my little buddy's in the hostile wing" Sonic growled.

The wolf got up weakly and said "well that's his fault for being so weak." Sonic could fill himself starting too drifted away. But then he remembered Tails crying. How he would be scared of his own brother. The thought of being feared went through Sonic's head like a bullet. He just turned his back on Fang and started to walk away, trying to keep the anger back. "What's the matter Sonic, to scare to finish me off?" "You're not worth it, you never were" Sonic said as walking away.

When Fang heard what Sonic just said he got really angry and charged at Sonic. Sonic gave an angry look before turning around and grabbing Fang by the neck and smashing him into the floor. What Sonic didn't know was that every single one of his class mates had been watching the fight all along. Even the teacher. Their faces were filled with nothing but horror. Even Shadow, Amy and Cream's.

It was a whole new side of Sonic they've never seen before, even if they only just met. Even Sonic himself was shocked. "D-did I do that." He looked up at his class, and saw only fear and horror all over their faces.

Sonic couldn't believe it, he looked at his trembling hands before running out the room and zoomed onto the field right at the back, so no one would see him. He sat down with his legs tucked in and his hands over his eyes. "What's happening to me?"
