Spring has sprung and the weather is warming
Frost melts away on a misty morning
Sweet-smelling flowers bring bees buzzing by
Berries are plentiful and perfect for pie
Insects are chirping, day and night
Bouncing baby animals are a heart-warming sight
Rosey red cheeks; a gift from the sun
Days are longer and filled with fun
Reptiles bask upon warm rocks
The weather is perfect for swimming, so take off your socks
A warm breeze rustles leaves green
A rainbow after a sun-shower is a sight to be seen
Birds sing from dawn till dusk
Cut grass is an alluring musk
Gardens are tended to
Beaches are flocked to
Ocean waves are surfed by people who dare
Bright smiling faces and laughter is shared
Bushwalking is always a fun thing to do
Picnics in the park and birdwatching too
Lush and beautiful, nature does thrive
Never has the Earth seemed so alive
