Guardians training

Izuku: "..." looking at the very small crowd in front of him...mixed with students from both Class 1 A and B....well for starters there's Monoma...whom he heard tried to cause another commotion...declaring war on them...which made no sense to him...but either way he was dragged here...that much he can tell...
Izuku: "Itsuka...nice to see you here" 
Kendo: "same here Guardian...i hope we can do well under your training" 
Izuku: "lida" 
lida: "and hello to you too Guardian" taking count in what his students are 
Izuku: "Alright....well...seems i'll have to start now...i'm going to be honest i wasn't this many people to show up..." 
Kirishima: "Bro you literally are the strongest guy here...you are awesome!" 
Izuku: "I'm not really" 
Kendo: "I heard you destroyed that giant beast...man i wished i coulda watched!" 
Monoma: "hah...none could compare to your strength!" 
Jirou: "this is going to be tiring isn't it?" 
Momo: "well...lets not waste anymore time right?" seeing her approach...
Izuku: "ah...Momo...nice to see you join us...we're about to start now" and they line up in front of him 
Izuku: "so i did some exploring here...and the forest here actually provides some decent obstacles that could help improve the methods on crossing things easily...such as buildings...but if you are going to chase a villain say in a forest then this will be a great thing for you all" 
Kendo: "so what are going to do in there?" 
Izuku: "You all will follow my lead...not of course putting on these weight vest...of course based on who i see today and some predictions...i adjusted them to suit your weight and mass.." 
Kendo: "Mass?" 
lida: "hmm...how long did this take you guardian?" 
Izuku: "ten Minutes...so come on" and he has them put on the vest and a lot of them...Kirishima and the others got them on easily...now came the awkward part 
Momo: "Um...Guardian could i get help here?" 
Izuku: "ah...sure...right here...arms in....out...there...need any adjustments?" 
Momo: "no...it's alright" 
Izuku: "right....okay...you all will follow my lead...remember...i tend to not stop...we will continue on...try and keep up...alright?" and they all nod
Izuku: "good...now lets go" and he starts running in as the others follow him in...he already started jumping over logs or running along them...and they're pretty sure with the equipment he has...is like carrying a body...looking back he slows his pace to make sure they can get over them...Kirishima jumped over it but stumbled a little...as his weights are adjusted to him carrying a lot more than his normal load...as Kendo easily makes it through with no problem...
Monoma: "there's...no way...something this simple...will...tire me out!" running over it...Izuku now sees they're keeping up...now jumping up and he vaults up a small ledge and he continues on and then balances of one of the log bridges he made...skipping across and then jumping off another tree...he continues on and slides under another log propped up...and he stands up...looking back to see the class trying replicates what he did...and he keeps on going...
Jirou: "And i thought Aizawa was worse"

this went on for several hours...well...two hours to be precise 

Izuku: "alright...can't say that was a lot slower than i expected" looking behind him seeing all of them winded at the routine
Izuku: "huh...guess i went a little overboard" 
Kendo: "are....are you...*sigh*!" trying to catch her breath 
Monoma: "are you human...she was going to ask!" 
Izuku scratches his head: "I'm pretty sure i am...otherwise i wouldn't be able to talk to you...right?" 
Momo: "don't get to invested in it" 
lida: "seems i still have a lot to learn..." 
Kirishima: "bro...how fast is your normal time?" 
Izuku: "normal?...well i would've been done in ten minutes" 
Momo: "oh wow" 
Kendo: "yeah...we had no chance" 
Izuku: "well time for the next one" 
Momo: "there's more?" 
lida: "Yaoyorozu we have to be able to pull through...i hope we can" 
Izuku: "it's not to bad...just a sparring match...but i want to see what you guys skill level is at...you can use your quirks on this one...pick out a weapon or fist....and come stand in the middle whenever your ready" as Momo prepares herself a sword and shield...Kirishima and the others mainly want to go hand to hand combat...well except for Monoma...he picked a pipe...Izuku then goes stand in the middle of the circle...
Izuku: "alright...since this is a spar...you can choose what weapon you want to go against." 
Kirishima: "oh man..." 
Izuku: "Try to think about it...and see how it could work to your advantage" 
Momo: "hmm..that is quite specific..." as he gives them a moment to think about it Jirou was the first one to come up to him 
Jirou: "alright...I think i know one" 
Izuku: "Shoot" 
Jirou points at him: "Come at me with your Masakari!" and he was quite surprise from this...normally like the class Nejire is in...well before...they all wanted to go against him with the Kanobo...one only the Masakari...so she is the first...
Izuku: "whenever your ready" keeping it to his side...as she looks and observes his moves...trying to think back to the USJ Incident...then again that was when he was intending to kill...now using her jacks to try and catch him off guard...Izuku grabs one...and then the other...
Jirou: "uh-oh" and he pulls it and right away she was reeled in and he slams the handle of the Masakari into her abdomen...which was similar to getting clothesline by a metal bar...and she fell back...groaning in pain...
Izuku: "next" as he took her down so effortlessly 
Jirou: "holy shit" groaning out 
Izuku: "You use your jacks like that right off the bat you'll be in a world of trouble...if you can utilize passing the soundwaves through the ground first...THEN jab into the opponent...it should be good enough to stun them for a while...if your intending to kill...You aim right here" pointing where his heart is 
Izuku: "the sounds waves should disrupt and force a abnormal beat into the heart...which could cause it to stop..." 
Jirou: "i'm not going to...kill anyone" 
Izuku: "Just an option...that's there for you...come on" holding out his hand and she grabs it pulling her up she gets back into the peers...and now Kirishima runs up now 
Kirishima: "Alright!...lets see what you have man!" 
Izuku: "weapon of choice" 
Kirishima: "I thought a lot and to see the manliest hero in training...going against the manliest guy...with the Manliest Weapons!...BRING IT ON!!!" yelling out in excitement 
Izuku: "Huh..." now some of them assumed he was going to be hard and strict...or in fact be annoyed by this
Izuku: "well then...have at it!" smiling now...getting into a stance Kirishima now hardens himself and he gets into his fighting stance...
Kirishima: "YEAH!!!" and he made a gesture to Izuku...which means 'come on' and he gets into a full focus gaze...and he speeds along...about to swing it over head...Kirishima thinking this was going to be a hard hit...instead was caught off guard from a jab from the pommel...which made him stammer and he then headbutts him knocking him back...
Kirishima: "that won't stop me!" as he jumps up and he tried to elbow him but he deflects it and he goes in for another punch...which is slowly forcing him back...as he sees Kirishima now headbutting the Kanobo...forcing him back even more...he had to admire his will and strength in this...as he jumps up to now try and punch him...Izuku dodges and he then sweeps him underneath his feet knocking him over...since his skin is harden...he did not hold back on slamming it down on him...which of course caused the others to gasp...and he rolls him around and then takes it off...reeling the Kanobo over his shoulder...Kirishima groaned now 
Kirishima: "man...that...was...MANLY!!!" as he jumps back up  
Izuku: "hehe" 
Kirishima: "bro you managed to get a crack on my skin...takes a hell of a punch to even dent it...bro we need to go again!" all pumped up now...
Izuku holds a hand in front of him making him stop and control his energy for a moment...
Izuku: "not right now...we have a lot of people to go through" 
Kirishima: "oh shi-...got it...sorry guys!" apologizing
Momo: "your fine Kirishima..." 
Kendo: "i'm starting to see a pattern here" 
Izuku: "next" and Monoma was next which ended quickly...he touched him and he thought he would copy his so called quirk...but he ended up being floored...hell he didn't even use a weapon at all...and then came Kendo...
Kendo: "HYAH!" as she used her martial arts skills...it kept him on his feet...Izuku sees this as he was told to use only his fist...he dodges each kick and punch...of course she would enlarge her hands to try and get him...but then he cross his arms and tanks the blow...
Izuku: "grr...HRAH!!" screaming out loud...it actually scared her...and he does his signature..Bulls charge...
Izuku then lets out a war cry and then charges in quickly...and then flips kendo over his shoulder...but at the last moment he turns immediately and then catches her before she hits the ground...her face inches away from the concrete and he flips her over upright and she was frozen...
Izuku: "you alright?" showing concern in his face...and she nods 
Izuku: "good...thought i went to far for a moment" 
Kendo: "um...i wasn't expecting you to full on charge me" 
Izuku: "Yeah...it's my own variation of Shugokis move" 
Kendo: "i still have a lot to learn" 
Izuku: "and now last" looking at Momo...who was holding both a sword and shield and she was determined now 
Momo: "give me all you have!!" and he looked at her like she's insane...
Izuku then puts the Kanobo down...and he brings out his Chain...
Momo then keeps a defensive stance...as he looks around and circles around her...like a predator stalking it's prey...he looks intently at her...as she then keep her eyes in contact with his...she can see he's testing her...before she smirks...and then throws the shield...he then catches it...and throws it back quickly...jumping out of the way...and he swings the chain over and managed to grab her sword...she then lunges ahead and then aimed right at him...and he of course grabs the sword blade and then broke it...and she was trying to think again on what to do...trying to make a flashbang...he then wraps the chain around her legs and knocked her over...
Momo: "oof!" 
Izuku: "well...have to say you definite panicked...now do you understand on why i asked you all to think over on whatever"...not only are you trying to see if you can get an advantage over a weapon of choice...but like Yaoyorozu for example...you can prepare some sort of loadout to ensure you don't have to think about it...thinking during the battle will only make it worse...it'll make you hesitate...you need to excess the situation...then execute...do...don't think...if you are in a battle with a dangerous villain...then there are exceptions...lida...your last...so hurry up and come on over" 
lida: "may i have mercy" paling knowing how brutal he is...
