Astrid's pov:
I decide not to let the text ruin the video so I power through. We do teams and make cupcakes blindfolded, "ok, Astrid whose team do you wanna be on" Matt asks and I immediately reply "Nickk of course" then I hug him.
After finishing up the video I help them clean before Nick and I sit in his room. "So, why didn't you pick Chris as your partner?" He asks me "because your like my best friend duh" I reply "seriously, why?" He asks again "Okok, I saw some text on Chris' phone talking about plan b" I tell him
After I tell him he changes the subject because he doesn't wanna get too much involved, so he doesn't ruin his relationship with me or Chris. I decide to go home because it's getting late and I'm tired.
As I'm walking out the door someone calls to me, I turn around and my face meets Chris. "Why are you leaving, I thought we were gonna talk" he says confused "I don't wanna talk anymore Chris, why don't you just buy another girl a pill" I say before leaving.
As I get in my car I look at the house and see Chris still looking at me from the door, he looks confused but I don't know why. As I'm driving home I text Sadie to come sleepover so I can tell her what's going on with Chris and I.
I get to my apartment complex and get in the elevator to my floor, I open my door and Mochi is sitting on my counter top waiting for me. I go over and pet her before feeding her and clearing her litter box.
My doorbell rings and I skip over there opening it for Sadie "I missed you so muchhhh" I say while hugging her "same, even tho we hung out yesterday" she replys, I let go and head straight to my room jumping on my bed.
After telling her all the tea about Chris she tells me how he's on his last straw. Which makes me laugh, after hanging out in my room we go into the kitchen to make some food. As Sadie is cooking for me I get a text from Chris.

I don't respond because I don't know what he is talking about and I want to spend time with someone who makes me happy.
"So, what do you want to do for your birthday?" Sadie asks me "oh, I don't know but I want to go somewhere tropical though" I reply back to my best friend
