Hiii, sorry for the lack of chapters, I've been busy, but here I am again! Take this chapter as an apology:]

Mark's POV:

After what happened like 20 minutes ago, everyone was called down and doing their things that Cesar told them to do. I got unlucky to be the guard of the house while others were doing simple things like making sure everything was locked and guns were full of bullets.

I sat outside with Rex, and I'm sure with Rexy as well. I look around making sure anything wasn't unnatural. This far it looked like everything was normal.

"Sigh... this is boringggg, why did Cesar give me this job from every other job?" I groan as I sink into my chair that I was sitting on.

"Woof woof woof! Bark woof woof woof woof woof woof woof woof" Rex said..or erm, barked.

"Yeah! He is mean for that" I agree with him. Somehow, I understand dog language? Who cares tho, I can speak to my dog.

2 and half hours pass

I was still sitting outside. Yep, nothing else to do except act crazy with talking to an animal that I can somehow understand.

Jonah's POV:

I wake up from a nice nap. I was greeted by a note by my bed tho. I picked it up and read it.

Dear Jonah

Everyone got jobs assigned to keep everything safe here and since you weren't awake when we assigned them you got the hardest, keep every room cleaned, since alternates are really messy things, we can then see if one is among us.

I put the letter down and scoff. I was just the messy type of guy, keeping everything clean is like having to save the world, it's really hard.

Tho I love how Adam puts 'Love Adam <3' whenever he writes a note to me, it's just cute, I'm really glad I've met him.

My thoughts were interrupted by Adam opening the room door. "Good, your awake, you know your task?" He asked me. I nod. "Okay good, I've been coming in and out the room for like hours now since you wouldn't wake up on time and I wanted to make sure you knew your task, hard isn't it?" He said snickering.

I nod and chuckle a bit too. "What's your task?" I ask him. "My task is just making sure everything is locked and the guns had bullets in them" he said and after that he said: "you should get to work, your task isn't doing itself you know" and then he left the room.
