It's not easy to be positive all the time. Some days, you will feel like you just can't do it anymore, and that's okay because healing is not linear, honey. Your triggers are your teachers. Whatever triggers you reveals with still needs to be healed. If you are tired, take a break then, don't quit. Take your time before deciding that quitting is the best option, focus on the next small step you can take. You know, you can't always see the top of the staircase and that's not a bad thing. It might means that your goal is that big!
