1.Having shelter and a bed to sleep every single night.

2. Being healthy in mind, body, and soul. (it's okay if you just have one or want one, you did it!)

3. Having family and friends. (it's okay if you have no one, at least you still have yourself.)

4. Having freedom to be outside without being in a warzone.

5. Having access to clean water.

6. Having readily access to food.

7. Having someone who notice the storms in your eyes, the silence in your voice, and the heaviness in your heart, keep them close.

8. You still can pray and believe in what you're praying.

9. You can speak yourself and listen to any voices outside your body.

10. You have money even if it's not as much as other people, but you have it on your own.

11. You can think straight about simple thing to keep your brain stimulates in a good way by knowing yourself in this moment, you're still alive.

12. You tried everything even if it's failed and crushed and broke, at least you tried, trying is a sign of power.

13. You are still alive, you're still here, you're not dead.
