Once we overcome the fear of judgement, it is wise to choose with whom to be vulnerable. Not everybody will appreciate our vulnerability and if we let them influence our self-perception, we only will wound our inner child.
To protect our inner child, we must strengthen our masculine energy. The ability to confront, setting healthy boundaries, stand up for ourselves, protect ourselves, and defend ourselves. Being spiritual is not mean we are the only person on earth who is the bestest, but it means we embrace both energy: masculine and feminine - then tap into them accordingly.
