Chapter 4

Once it was night time, everyone went to bed to sleep, but Joshie couldn't sleep. It still bothered him that what Walter said wasn't true, but his parents must have believed it, now his parents decided that they didn't want him anymore. He got out of his bed and went downstairs. He went over by the window and saw the city with the buildings. Rocky woke up to get a drink of water, he saw that Joshie was not on his bed sleeping. He decided to wake up one of the pups, which he woke up Zuma.

Rocky: Zuma? *whispers*

Zuma: dude? What's going on? *he groaned*

Rocky: Joshie isn't in his room

Zuma: *gasps* what? Where is he?

Rocky: i..I don't know

They went downstairs to look for him, they found him instantly and he wasn't doing the best. When they got up to him, they noticed that Joshie had tears welling up and was in such an upset mood. Rocky and Zuma exactly knew what was wrong with him.

Rocky: Joshie? It's really late buddy

Joshie: *sniffs* s..sorry i..I just needed to.................*chokes up*

Zuma: were really sorry dude that the news reporter said those things, but you know that he's saying false information?

Joshie: b..but everyone else believed it

Rocky: but not us pal, cause Zuma and I know you are the most sweetest person ever and you are to me and Zuma, our best friend

Zuma: Rocky is right Joshie, we really do care about you so much. You are the most important person to us bro and I don't know what me and Rocky would do without you dude

Joshie slightly started smiling. But, the hurtful words kept popping up in his head.

Rocky: Come on? Where's the happy go lucky Joshie we know and love?

Joshie: *giggled as he smiled even more*

Zuma: there's the happy go lucky Joshie

They laughed and then they all hugged as a trio.

Rocky: don't you worry Joshie, we are going to make sure nobody here in Adventure City believes that reporter

Zuma: yeah dude cause that's what best friends do

Joshie: thank you guys

Rocky: no problem buddy

Zuma: alright, we should get back to bed

They went back upstairs to their rooms and beds, going back to sleep.

As Morning came, Joshie woke up to get breakfast. He came downstairs to see everyone eating Pancakes and bacon for breakfast that Ryder made for everyone.

Pups: Morning Joshie!

Marshall: come and eat with us bud

Joshie was watering at the mouth and went over to eat with everyone.

Chase: so, Rocky and Zuma told us that you were really upset about the reporter said about you

Joshie: y..y..yeah *sighs* I don't understand, w..what's wrong with me?

Skye: hun, there is nothing wrong with you. Your a really sweet person Joshie

Chase: that guy is just a jerk. I wouldn't listen to him. Because, we know that you're a great person and would never do anything wrong

Zuma: yeah, you got a heart of gold dude

Marshall: and that's why we love you Joshie

Ryder: Pups are right Joshie, your an awesome person and the sweetest. You know how to make anyone laugh and feel better. Just because you have some struggles, doesn't make you weak or a bad person, it means you are a really special and unique person
