Rocky and Joshie made it to the arcade, inside the arcade was a ton of games. The two of them awed in America as Rocky decided he wanted to try the photo booth machine. Joshie came inside with him and was curious.
Rocky: so, how this machine works is you swipe your card and then we look at the dot and smile while it takes our picture
Joshie: sounds nice, let's do it
Rocky: ok, I'm swiping the card now
After Rocky swiped his card, the machine started up, asking for the two to stare at the red dot and smile. After taking a couple of pictures with goofy faces and more, they got out of the booth to get their pictures. They had plenty of great pictures, but the one that they liked the most was of them smiling.
Rocky: I like this one, it's really wholesome
Joshie: yep, that one's a keeper
They just laughed at the compliment as they finally went to go play some games. Rocky tried fruit ninja, while Joshie did some claw machines and won a few things. Hours went by as it was time for them to go. Rocky though wanted to make Joshie try one more game.
Rocky: I bet you can't beat this game
Joshie: flappy bird? I remember this game, I've heard it's hard
Rocky: go on then? Try it?
Joshie: challenge excepted
Joshie swiped his card and began playing. He dodged some pipes and was getting really nervous. He was almost at 30, but he the 29th pipe at the last second and lost the game.
Rocky: oh man, well, atleast you made it past through 29 pipes
Joshie: yeah, and atleast we had fun
Rocky: definitely. Well, it's time to go home
Joshie: alright. I think Ryder is waiting for us
And of course, he was right. Ryder was at the entrance with the PAW patroler waiting. Before Joshie stepped inside the PAW patroler, someone came up and cleared their throat, getting the young boys attention.
?: h..hey son
Joshie: *gasps* m..mo...MOM!!???!!?
Joshie's Mother: hey
Joshie's Father: hey Joshie
Joshie: wh..what are you guys doing here?
Rocky: yeah *growls* why are you here?
Joshie's Mother: look honey, we're really sorry for getting rid of you, we were so tricked by that man that we *tears up* w....w..we made you cry and made you feel alone *sniffs* can you ever forgive us sweetheart?
Joshie immediately ran over to give both his parents a hug. He had tears in his eyes as he felt like it was a dream, but thankfully, it wasn't. Rocky still didn't know if he trusted this but Joshie told him that it was ok. However, Joshie decided he wanted to still have Principal Slinky to be his father, so they decided that it would be ok with them.
Joshie's Mother: I'm really going to miss being your mom
Joshie: *sniffs* m..me too, but don't worry about me mom, I'll be ok, are you going to be ok?
Joshie's Mother: we promise, we will Joshie, we will
Joshie smiled and gave them both one last tight hug. Rocky teared up a little bit before smiling as Joshie came back over to the PAW patroler and waved goodbye to them. The Pups were happy to see them again.
Chase: hey guys, how was it?
Joshie: it was good, got some new stuffed animals from the claw machines
Skye: awww those plushies are so cute Joshie
Joshie: thanks
Rocky: hey Joshie? Do you want to come back here sometime?
Joshie: despite what we went through, YES!!!!
Everyone laughed as Ryders pup pad rung and it was from Adventure City's Mayor. He asked if they could help with something and Ryder soon agreed. After the call ended, he told the pups to get their gear ready.
Chase: we are on it Ryder sir!
Ryder: thanks pups and Joshie
Rocky: well, I guess it's time for another mission
Chase: I'm ready for action
Skye: and I'm ready to fly
Rubble: and be ready on the double
Zuma: and to dive in!
Marshall: and for a Ruff Ruff rescue
Rocky: and to reduce, reuse and recycle!
Joshie: and for a cleaning sensation!
Skye: hey! That's a great catchphrase Joshie!
Zuma: sweet dude!
Joshie: thanks, it's my new catchphrase that I've decided to make it my catchphrase
Marshall: we really love it buddy
Joshie: thanks guys
Rocky: your welcome bud
Joshie smiled as he got up to look at the window, as did Rocky and Zuma.
Zuma: so dude, how do you like it in Adventure City?
Joshie: I already love it. I just wish that nonsense didn't happen to us
Rocky: us too and we are really sorry that it had to happen buddy. You didn't deserve any of that stuff
Joshie: atleast, it's all over now and I'm sure that the next time we come here, that won't ever happen again
Zuma: definitely dude, now that we took care of that jerk
Rocky: we're just glad we got to spend time with you here pal
Zuma: yeah dude, we love you bro and like Rocky says
Rocky, Zuma, and Joshie: that will never ever change
The three of them laughed and hugged each other as the ride continued. Joshie was great to know that everything is ok and normal. The trip might of been a disappointing one, but he was still glad to atleast spend some time with his best friends. He took out the friendship bracelet and smiled. Rocky saw that Joshie brought out the friendship bracelet and smiled.
Rocky: you haven't broken it yet
Joshie: *giggled* I don't want to do that to you Rocky. You worked hard on it and it was a really nice gift that you gave to us
Rocky: awww well you guys are my best friends and you pal are one of them
Joshie: you are one of them to bud
Ryder: ok, we're here pups
Rocky: ok Ryder! Ready pal?
Joshie: *puts on his hat* I'm ready for a cleaning sensation
