"Hey, uh, I remembered, because Ava's a Gootraxian, she can't get out of the facility," Glowstripe said.
"WHAT?" Jason screamed.
"Uh, yea," the shork replied. His face looked kinda scared.
Jason went pale at once. "No no no, you're joking, right?" he said. "There will be a way to make her a human again right?"
"There's two ways, but...
"But what???"
"Both... will be painful," Glowstripe said slowly. The slimepup, which has been listening and seemed to understand, whimpered. "Its alright, Ghost, everything will be fine..."
But then, Jason realised that the slimepup hadn't been whimpering about their chat. Stepping out of the misty shadows was a panther, its yellow and red eyes shining. They lit on the terrified Ghost. "Wait, NO..." Glowstripe started. The panthers knees bent, and pounced..."
"NO!" A figure cried, and pointed a flashlight right at the panther. It let out a splitting screech, and scampered.
"Oh AVA!" Jason said happily.
