Y/n- what movie?

Robin- eh I don't really know, some romance movie

Y/n- you want to take me to a romance movie?

Robin- yeah

Y/n- I'll call you right back ok?

Before he could answer, I hung up. I dialled Billy's number into the phone straight away

Billy - hello?

Y/n- billy Robin asked me out

Billy- that's a good thing right?

Y/n- I guess but he wants to take me to a romance movie

Billy- so it's a date?

Y/n- mhm

Billy- tonight?

Y/n- yeah why?

Billy- there's no romance movies on tonight only horrors

Y/n- I hate horror movies, it's always some big breasted girl being stalked who should be running out the front door but instead she's going up the stairs

Billy- ok I understand where your coming from with that one

I could hear him laughing through the phone

Y/n- so what should I do?

Billy- just go, he obviously likes you

Y/n- ok, thanks billy

I hung up and began getting ready. At 7 I was sitting at my table waiting for robin.

It was 8:39 now and he was a no show. God I was so stupid. I should've known this was a joke.

10 pm and I was walking upstairs to take off this ridiculous makeup and clothes. My sadness was interrupted by a knock at my door. A small sign of hope flashed in my head.

I opened the door and instead of robin, was billy

A/n- Jacob Moran needs more love

I broke down crying in his arms. I really didn't think I'd get attached to robin so soon but I did. Dumb fucking teenage love

Billy- I'm sorry he didn't show up

Y/n- it's fine, I sort of knew this would happen

Billy - don't lie to yourself

Robin- am I interrupting something?

Billy- now you show up?

Y/n- billy it's fine. Robin it's almost 11 what do you want?

Robin- what do you mean, the movie starts now

Y/n- you said 8

Robin- yeah I tried to call you but your phone was busy

Billy- oh shit, that was our fault

Y/n- you called?

Robin- yeah but you were on the phone with someone else

Billy- yeah me

Y/n- oh god, I'm so sorry robin

Robin- it's fine, I should've cleared it up

Billy- I'm going to go

Billy left and robin and I were left in an awkward silence

Robin- you ready to go?

Y/n- can you give me one minute

Robin- sure

I quickly ran upstairs and changed into something a lot more comfortable. With that we left.

Robin was so sweet. I really did like him and I felt so bad for not answering his call

Robin- do you want coke or popcorn

Y/n- sure

He went to get some snacks and I stayed, watching the movie. Texas chainsaw massacre. His favourite. It clearly wasn't his first time seeing this but I didn't mind.

It was clear he liked her. His constant effort to brush his hand against her and what not. Trying to ensure she enjoyed the movie just as much as he did. That was the number one thing the girl of his dreams must like. Horror movies and luckily for him, she did

Robin- I got m&m's too

Y/n- I love m&m's

Robin- me too!

I smiled. He was so cute when he got excited over the small things

The movies had ended and we began to part ways

Y/n- I had a lot of fun tonight

Robin- we should do it again

Y/n- yeah

I started walking away

Robin- let me walk you home

Y/n- ok if you insist

I let out a small laugh, as did he.

We arrived at my porch. Both of us standing there in silence, unsure of what comes next

Robin- I think I kiss you now?

Y/n- I think that's second date things

Robin- yeah I'm not really a romance movie watcher

Y/n- neither am I

I smiled. He pulled me in for a hug and placed a gentle kiss on my cheek before going home.

I sunk down to the step. My breath gone. My heart racing. I couldn't wait to see him again and tell Billy all about my first date
