Lives: Not in L'manburg anymore!
(If you read a certain part you would know that he had literally Just got exiled)

- Wilbur is alive
- Shlatt is now president and exiled them both. (Tommy and Wilbur)
To be honest, I think that this is a decent fact file. I might make them have their own parts.
