Y/N's POV

*Time skip to 10 pm*

I was about to go home, since my shift was over, but I stopped when I felt a hand stopping me from leaving.

Lexie: Hey y/n wait up.

Y/n: *turns around* What's up?

Lexie: Can you come sit with us for a minute over there? *points at chairs*

Y/n: yeah sure, but can you please hurry up?

Lexie: Why? Are you going somewhere?

Y/n: yeah, home.

Lexie: oh okay well we will be fast

I follow Lexie to the chairs she pointed at and I took a seat. While I was taking a seat I see a blonde woman looking at me weirdly, but she just starts to talk.

Blonde woman: Hey, I'm Dr. Grey!

Y/n: Wait a minute both of your last names are Grey?

Lexie: yeah, that's what we wanted to talk to you about.

Y/n: Why? Because my last name is Grey as well and you think I'm related to you?

Dr. Grey: Yup exactly

Lexie: Y/n who's your father?

Y/n: I don't know him. He left my mom before I was even born.

Lexie: Well do you at least know his name?

Y/n: Yeah my mom told me. His name is Thatcher

They both looked at me shocked when they heard the name of my father.

Y/n: Look I already know what you're gonna say. He's your father too.

Lexie: Wait how do you know?

Y/n: Because my mom knew you both existed and before she died she told me about you, but when you *points at Lexie* introduced yourself to me awhile ago I thought you were a different person.

Lexie: So you didn't think I was the person your mom talked about?

Y/n: Well before, but now I know you are the exact same person my mom was talking about, well people, you and Meredith.

Meredith: So you do know me!

Y/n: Look it was really nice talking to the both of you but I really want to go home now.

Lexie: Wait y/n do you have like a husband or boyfriend?

Y/n: *laughs a little* nope I don't, I'm only 23 and probably won't ever have a boyfriend or a husband.

Meredith: Wait why?

Y/n: well because I'm gay

Lexie: oh well I didn't see that coming

Y/n: why? Do you guys not support it or something?

Lexie: No we support it, it's just we didn't know.

Y/n: well I mean I had a boyfriend a few years ago and another one a year ago, but I never really felt anything so I stopped dating guys.

Lexie: Oh okay

Y/n: look I really should be heading home, but it was really nice meeting you guys.

Meredith and Lexie: Okay well bye y/n!!

Y/n: Bye!!

I head out of the hospital and I walk to my car. Once I got into my car I started to drive home.
