The kingdom was thrilled that Meridus had finally found a bride. Everyone was getting ready for the engagement party. With the dragons' help, they were able to finish the decorations within a few hours, much to the locales' relief. The other three clans were happy that Meridus found his bride. Though they teased him about him and Hicca.

Meanwhile, Elinor was helping Hicca get dressed. It was a beautiful dress that didn't require a corset, much to Hicca's relief. She had to admit that she liked the dress. It felt like she belonged here in Dunbroch.

Hicca's new hairstyle made her look more beautiful. Both Elinor and Valka were shocked at her look.
"Oh Hicca, you look beautiful." Valka gushed.
"Thank you, mom." Hicca smiled.
"Meridus won't stop staring at you throughout today." Elinor teased.
Hicca blushed at the thought of Meridus staring at her.
"Well come on, we better get going if we don't want to be late." Valka reminded them.
The two women help guide Hicca to the courtyard where the main event was taking place.
