After the order was sent out everyone rushed to take their most valued things and evacuate, many people and or their family's were rushing one by one to leave, and that meant you along with your family, Hana and Keiko rushed to help you pack the essential clothes or things for Akio before you made your way out the Tenshukaku Palace, not knowing if you'd ever see It again

you nearly fell on the way down the stairs but Ayato quickly steadied you

"take care my love, easy now"

you took in a breath as you looked back to see Hana carrying Akio, and Keiko used her cane to support he as she held onto a sachet of your things, Thoma and Ayaka were following too as they held onto each other, just then you saw your mother standing at the very top of the palace, looking out as the Inazuman people left with lanterns lit as a storm raged on In the sky above

you looked down at your rounded stomach as you continued down the stairs, and once at the bottom there were rickshaws with carts attached to them, you stopped to look back to the palace as you squeezed Ayato's hand, and he gave you a look of knowing as he knew this was very hard for you right now

"This won't be the last time I promise, Mother's strong" he said

you gave a nod, "I know"

Ayato hugged you close, "We'll come home soon don't worry"

you held onto him as you buried your face in his chest, before he kissed your forehead and helped you to get into the rickshaw before Ayaka got in next to you too

just then Ayato handed Akio to you, but then you furrowed your brows as he didn't come

"Darling?"

Ayato closed his eyes, "Thoma...look after them for me please"

Thoma bowed his head, "I won't let you down brother"

you felt yourself fill up with dread, "Ayato...what're you doing"

"I and the other Commissioners will stay behind to give Mother back up"

Ayaka furrowed her brows, "What? when was this decided"

"I spoke to Mother In law In private and I made this decision"

you started getting up and you reached for Ayato "Darling you can't...please I don't want to lose you either!"

he grasped onto your  free hand, "you won't lose me, I promise I'll return to bring you home after the battles over...this is the least I can do for you after I nearly lost you before,"

you felt your eyes well up with tears, and you could see the pain in his eyes too as he then pressed a kiss to your hand and he gave Akio a kiss on his forehead, before he turned away to tell the driver to set off all the while Ayaka tried to calm you down as you cried

Thoma hopped onto the cart, sitting down next to Hana and Keiko as the rickshaw set off away from the palace, you held on tight to Akio as you looked back to see the palace shrinking as you got further and further away, but then came a crash of thunder which made you all tremor.

Ei had come down from the top of the palace, and Ayato along with the other Commissioners who could fight stood with their men at the ready to fight for the Shogun and their home

just then Scaramouche started walking up the steps of the palace, with hate in his eyes, Ayato narrowed his eyes as he saw and knew who he was, his brother In law and Enemy
