I wake up to the phone ringing. I try to remove Robin's arm without waking him.
"Is it ringing again?" He asks.
"Yeah I'm sorry for waking you up." I say.
"No I want you to wake me up each time it rings."

I smile as I pick it up.
"You said my name was Billy." Billy says.
"Yeah Billy Showalter." I say.
"Don't call me that. I don't remember it, that's not who I am."

One of our soda bottles begins to shake.
"What the fuck?" Robin asks backing away.

"What do you want me to call you then?" I ask as I watch bottle fall on its side. Robin moves to my side.
"I told you I was a paperboy."
"Okay. Paperboy." I say.
"See the wall infront if you. See how it's seperated from the floor?"
"Yeah." I say.
"I tore a long cable loose from down there. I kept it hidden." I tell Robin.

"What are we supposed to do with that?" He asks. The bottle starts spinning before standing on its side, pointing at the window.

"Thank you." I say before hanging up.

We go to the wall. I pull the wire out and we walk over to the window.

He throws it at the bars. It's not working.

He eventually gets it through.
"You're lighter. You climb up." Robin says handing the end of it to me.
"Okay." I say.

I take it and use the wall to start climbing. I feel my foot slip. Robin lifts my back up to help me.

I'm at the top and I'm reaching for the top of the bars.

I hear a crack and I'm falling.

I hit the ground.

"Ow shit." I mutter.
"Here stand up." Robin says taking my hand. I use his help to stand up. "Are you okay?" He asks.
"Yeah I just hit my head." I say.
"You want to lay down?" He asks.

"We have to hide the stuff." I say.
"I'll do it." He says.
"Are you sure?"
"Yes lay down." He says.

I smile as I lay down. I watch him put the stuff under the wall, before coming to lay next to me.

He puts his arm around me and I lay my head on his chest.

After a bit the light turns on making us sit up.

The Grabber walks in. He has food for us.

"How long have you two been together?" He asks.
"Why do you care?" Robin asks.
"Just asking." He says.
"We're not." I say.
"You sure do act like it." The Grabber says before leaving.

The phone rings. I walk over to it. Its staticky.
"Hello? Bruce? Billy- paperboy?" The call ends.

"That's so strange." I say.
"Come eat." Robin says.

I walk over to him and we eat.

Once it gets dark we fall asleep. I hear dripping.

"Robin." I say shaking his arm. He opens his eyes.
"The phone?" He asks in a groggy voice.
"No can you hear the dripping?" I ask. He sits up.
"Yeah." He says sounding confused.
"I'm scared." I say in a low whisper.
"I got you." Robin says looking around

I look to a corner of the room.

There's a dead upside down floating guy. I scream. Robin looks over and grabs my arm. I reach for my necklace only to find it missing again.

The boy looks at us and points at the phone. I stand up and walk over to it. Robin follows me.

"Hello?" I ask.
"You don't have much time. The Grabber hasn't been sleeping. He thinks this might be it. That he's going to figure it out." He says.
"Who's gonna figure it out?" I ask.
"His brother upstairs." I repeat it to Robin, as the boy laughs.

"Are you griffin?" Robin asks.
"Who?"
"Griffin Stagg." I say.
"Probably. It's all a little hazy but I imagine you know all our names."
"Every kid does." I say.
"I didn't know you." Robin says.
"Nobody did. You spend so many years invisible, and then every kid in the state knows your name." He says . I repeat it to Robin.

"Why hasn't he killed us?" I ask.
"You won't play the game. You have to play the game. If you don't play he can't win." I repeat it.
"What game?"
"Naughty boy, well in your case, naught kids. If you don't play The Grabber can't beat you. And if he can't beat you he can't move on to the next part. And the next part of it is his favorite part."
"What's the next part?" Robin asks. He laughs.

"You don't have much time." He says.
"You said that."
"You guys have to attack tomorrow." He says.
"He wants us to attack him tomorrow." I say to Robin.
"How?" Robin asks.
"When he comes down here, distract and attack." Griffin says.
"How?" I ask. The call ends. "Griffin?" There's no response so I hang it up.

Robin takes my hand and drags me to the mattress.

"What do we do?" I ask.
"You distract, Ill hit him." He says.
"What do I do?"
"I don't know." He says thinking.
"I'll pretend to be sick." I say. I can see him
smile in the moonlight.

"You're so smart sometimes." He says. I smile.
"Sometimes?" He laughs.
"Shut up and go to sleep." He says.
"Don't tell me what to do." I laugh.
"Please go to sleep?" He asks.
"Much better." I say laying down next to him.

He pulls me close to him.
"We will get out Y/n." He says to me.
"I sure do hope so." I say.
