As much as it pains him to say, Jaune no longer had any place in Beacon. Ever since Cardin revealed his transcripts, life had just taken a turn for the worst. Everyone constantly degrades him no matter where he goes. It's gotten to the point where he can't even train in peace any longer. Safe to say, Jaune is not in the best of places mentally. He walks aimlessly throughout the halls of Beacon Academy.

'Man things are not going to well for me huh?' he thinks to himself. 'If only I was more careful. Maybe then I would have been fine.'

As he arrives at his dorm, he feels something...off. Like if he opens the door some horrible things will jump out at him. He ignores the dreadful feeling and opens the door only to find...nothing? Confused, he steps into the room and looks around for any clues. After a bit of searching, he finds a note addressed to him. He picks up the letter and reads it, only for what's left of his heart to shatter into tiny, mini zwei, sized pieces

"Dear Jaune," he reads. "In accordance to recent events we have deemed you unfit to continue your tenure here. We have already relocated the rest of Team JNPR, so we would suggest immediate departure. We thank you for your contributions toward making remnant a better place for everyone, Human and Faunas alike." As he read the letter he finds a small picture on his bed. He moves over to examine it with bitter feelings only to find a note written on the back of it. "Jaune. We want you to know that we tried our hardest to convince the Vale council to let you stay. We're sorry we couldn't get them to change their minds. We'll miss you the most fearless leader!" As Jaune reads this he breaks down, finally processing what this means for him and his future. He begrudgingly packs his stuff up and heads out, only to to abruptly stop in front of Team RWBY's dorm. He at least wanted to say goodbye to his friends. That's the least he deserves right? He goes to knock on Team RWBY dorm, but stops as he hears them talking.

"Did you hear?" a voice that he recognized as Yang says. " Apparently Vomit boy's getting expelled."

"Yes I heard" Weiss says. "And I say good riddance!"

"Weiss!" Ruby says. " That's not very nice to say! Jaune was our friend!"

"She has a point Rubes. He kinda did fake his way here into Beacon. He would've eventually messed up and put his team at jeopardy."

"Exactly! Not everything is about friendship and ponies! Arc was a liability to his team. Not to mention he would only hold everyone back in the long run."

"How could you say that about Jaune? Did his friendship mean nothing to you?" Ruby says.

"No it didn't. He was certainly no friend of mine. I only keep company befitting of someone like me." Weiss says

"Rubes, you were the only here who was really friends with him. Weiss is DEFINITELY not his friend, Blake never even spoke to him, and I only know Vomit Boy because of you. And the fact that he barfed on my shoes." Yang says.

"Ugh! I can't believe you guys would say that!. He just wanted be a huntsman to help people! What's so wrong with that?" Ruby asks.

"It's not about why he did it. It's the fact that he could have put his teammates in a seriously bad situation. Face it Ruby. He would have only held his team back. He was useless" Weiss states.

Jaune hard enough. He quickly rushes down the hallway before anyone could figure out he was there. As he arrives at the Bullhead station, he tries to get a ride to vale only, for the pilot to deny him. "Students Only" he says. With nowhere else to go, Jaune goes to the first place in mind. The Emerald Forest.

As he gets there he just sits down and does nothing. What could he do? All of his friends left one way or the other. He had nowhere to go. As if life couldn't get any worse for the poor boy, he suddenly gets attacked by a pack of beowolves. As fast as he could, he draws his blade and prepares to fight back, only to be attacked from behind. Caught off guard, he drops his weapon and falls to the ground while the pack of beowolves start biting him. As he struggles to fight back, only one thought passes through his mind. 'Am I really that weak? Everyone else would've taken out no problem. So why is it that I can't even fight some beowolves? I guess I really am useless' As he prepared to accept his fate, a loud bang resounds throughout the trees of the forest. Jaune thinks for a moment and realizes he no longer feels the beowolves biting down on him. He looks up only to find a strange man in what looks like a red jumpsuit with armor on. He also notice he was holding a weapon he had never seen before. As the strange man approaches him, he offers a hand to Jaune, who gladly accepts.
