Alex's P.O.V.

I felt something hit my head, I slowly look up and saw that I was asleep in class, again

Teacher: Your first day back and your already, please pay more attention Ms Alexander

Me: I gave out a yawn and put my head back down Sorry sir...

Teacher: As I was saying; Ms. Katherine (Katie) was found dead in the school bathroom, immediately after hearing that I lifted my head up from my desk  therefore for a couple of weeks the school will be closed and there will be an investigation, I could feel my heart sink inside my chest if you have any information please go to the Teachers lounge

I can't believe what I was hearing, Katie? Dead? This can't be happening, I just saw her a couple of days ago, she was nagging me about my sleeping habits, she brought me food for me every day for lunch.

I lift my scarf up to my mouth as we were packing up so the police can start as fast as possible, as I was done, Lily walked over to my desk, she put her hand on my back

Lily: Hey, you ok?

I didn't notice before, but I was crying, tears dropped onto the desk as she pulled me into a hug as I continue to cry.

Lily's P.O.V.

Well, this is a rather problematic situation for the both of us, I grabbed Alex's school bag and hurled it over my shoulder. After she was done crying I wiped away her extra tears and helped up and out of the chair.

As we were walking, her scarf was over her mouth still clearly upset about the murder. I'm sorry but it had to be done, for our relationship~

I was trying to make conversation but she didn't seem up to it, I gave out a sigh as we were soon out the school campus.

As we were walking by a convenience store I saw that they were selling her favorite drink, I slip away from Alex and  inside of the store, buying a couple of them just in case.

Alex's P.O.V.

As I was walking, I finally decided to open my mouth

Me: Hey, I'm sorry, I didn't mean to ignore you...

There was a silence, expecting Lily to say something to me, after a minute or two, I look behind me and saw that she wasn't there anymore.

I was confused, I pull out my phone and tried to call her, I hold my phone up to my ear, I hear it ring but it immediately went straight to voicemail. I was even more confused, but now I was starting to panic.

I leaned against the wall as I was trying to not cry again, I can't go to the house because my keys are in my bag I could feel the air getting colder. I pull my scarf up more as I try to blink back my tears

Me: Lily...

Lily: Yeah, what's wrong?

I hear her voice behind me, I look over and saw her with two cups, they were steaming, she tilted her head to the side

Lily: What's wrong?

I could feel my tears overflow as I see her face, I lean on her chest as I was trying to hide my face
