Hello guys !! I'm back today with a Zhongli Guide!!!
Overview Zhongli is a 5 Star Geo Polearm Shielder, who focuses on providing an unbreakable shield to the on field character and doing decent burst damage. He is a character that helps anyone stay alive in any scenarios (except corrosion </3).

As for Talent Priorities, Elemental Skill > Elemental Burst (Normal attack is useless unless for crackhead builds)
- Artifacts 1. 4p Tenacity of the Millelith (his signature artifact set, requires good placement of E skill pillar) 2. 4p Emblem of Severed Fate (provides burst damage which is useful in some teams; e.g. mono geo) 3. 4p Noblesse Oblige (good for burst dmg and buffing) 4. 4p Archaic Petra (best for mono xxxx teams) 5. 2p Tenacity or 2p Archiac or 2p Noblesse Oblige (general set)
Artifact Main Stats- Sands: HP% or ER% Goblet: HP% or Geo DMG % Circlet: HP% or Crit
Recommended HP: 30k+ for Burst dps build ; 40k+ for shield bot zhongli Recommended ER%: 150%
- Weapons 5* 1. Staff of Homa ; best weapon for shield and burst damage 2. Engulfing Lightning ; high ER stat 3. Skyward Spine ; good weapon for the ER stat
4* 1. Favonius Lance ; best for energy generation for whole party 2. The Catch ; best 4* weapon for burst damage and good ER stat 3. Deathmatch ; CR substat useful for burst dps 4. Prototype Starglitter ; ER stat is useful, plus is f2p friendly
(Note: 3* weapon Black Tassel is Zhongli's BIS for shield bot build, it has the highest HP% out of all polearms)
- Teams Zhongli excels in teams where he is needed to protect the on field character due to damage interuption or low HP requirements. He also fits well in Mono element teams as a shielder and resistance shredder. Aside from these, Zhongli fits into any team, you can use him anywhere.
Hutao Double Hydro Zhongli ; Yelan ; Xingqiu ; Hutao (Hutao needs Zhongli's shielding due to her HP decrease mechanic)
Melt Ganyu Zhongli ; Bennett ; Jean/Kazuha/Xiangling ; Ganyu (Ganyu uses charge attacks and require some time to charge, Zhongli's shield provides damage interruption so its useful to let ganyu consistently do charge shots)
XXXX Double Geo team Zhongli ; Albedo ; Yae Miko ; Collei (last 2 characters can be replaced by practically anyone LOL) (Zhongli and Albedo are exceptional partners. With two geo characters, this team can have the benefits of Geo Resonance, and with Zhongli's shielding and burst damage, as well as Albedo's high passive damage and EM buff, this team can be fitted anywhere.)
Mono XXX Team Zhongli ; Kazuha ; Xiangling ; Bennett (last 2 characters can be anyone) (Zhongli and Kazuha excel in mono element teams, they provide shredding and shielding which makes the team do good damage as well as good survivability)
Hypercarry Teams Zhongli ; Kazuha ; Bennett ; Raiden (last character can be replaced) (These three characters provide the highest buffs and best survivability to the hypercarry character. For raiden's case, kokomi is a decent replacement for Zhongli but Zhongli is mostly preferred in most hypercarry teams)
Mono Geo Team Zhongli ; Itto/Noelle ; Gorou ; Albedo/Geo MC (Zhongli can provide good survivability in Mono Geo teams, as well as defense shred since VV 4p isnt available. He can also do decent burst damage with Gorou c0 or c6)

Zhongli is an absolutely great support/burst dps. As the geo archon he is, his shield is unbreakable and will guarantee you a smooth abyss run/overworld exploration/ domain runs. He is extremely versatile as he can fit in any team and also do decent burst damage himself if you invest into it. I hope everyone gets Zhongli in 3.0 and hope you all have a lot of fun with him!!! :D
