3.2 drip marketing + 3.1 banners!!

Hello everyone!! theres a lot of genshin news today so i'll try to fill everyone in on everything :D

firstly lets start with the 3.1 banners!!

so its official that the 4 stars are kuki, candace (obviously lmao) and sayu !!!!
my overall impressions on these banners is that theyre not broken but not bad, sayu works well in aggravate due to role compression, and kuki is best in slot for hyperbloom teams. candace doesnt seem bad too and the hydro infusion would have niche use cases, maybe on field bennett national? she should be ok nonetheless, not game breaking but fun to play with

next up... weapon banner!!!

honestly this is one of the best weapon banners we have had
elegy is broken, cynos weapon has 44cv and is a good statstick even if the passive isn't useful on most people
the 4 stars are good too with venti's good f2p option fav bow, and fav lance which is good for zhongli shenhe rosaria etc... the new claymore is good on sayu (?) and sac frags is good on sucrose and bloom kokomi which might be nilou's best support
lion's roar is also keqings best f2p option and she has had a resurgence due to the dendro buffs :D

tldr; both weapon and character banners are good, you'll be happy nonetheless

and omg new cryo character... layla looks so elegant and pretty i hope i get her if shes a 4 star but i'd probs skip if shes a 5 star
her sleepy attitude is really funny and relatable imo
