I grew angry when I found out the Hunter's motive. I slept on my bed. I tossed and turned when I heard movements in the cage and the girl crying. I got gazing out of my window. Watching them pace back and forth.
I exited my hut, slowly making my way over to the cage with a peace offering. Gazelle were his favorite. I thought. I hope he remembers me all those years ago.
I stopped at the entrance when he growls at me while placing his body in front of the girl. I smirked. I made low growl at him then placing the meat in the cage. The Panther bared his fangs at me in warning. I closed the door. I sighed as the girl watches in curiosity before dragging the meat over to the Panther. " Bagheera...you must remember me?" I asked.
Bagheera snarled swiping his paws at me while guarding the girl. His eyes narrows in suspicion towards me.
I let out a sigh while tapping my fingers against the bars.
"Bagheera.. you know me. You raised me in the jungle. Please friend. It's me..Mowgli."
