Evil Genius: United Empire!

Ch 2

It's been a week since the foundation of United Empire was born. During those seven days a lot happened like how it's become the richest, strongest, deadliest, and famous crime empire ever to exist. That wasn't all as the United Empire have many villains, crime lords, and henchmen of all kind joining it evil organization.

However during the week Union and their allies have suffer slightly:
First, Nezu along with many heroes and students that follow his course abandoned Union.
Second, crime went quiet which worries the Hero Commission.
Finally, rumors of a new evil organization cause fear to the civilians.
But soon Union will suffer a lot more.

At the unknown Island.

Currently Mr Evil is having a meeting with his henchmen and allies.

Mr Evil: "I know it's been a week but now it's time to introduce my henchmen/women" he said as two screens reveal his eight allies which they look at the eleven people who's join Mr Evil inner group.

Polar: "How do you know that they won't betray you?" She ask as she knows a few of them will easily betray the United Empire for the right price.

Slade: "True we can easily betray this United Empire but we know that doing so will put a bounty on our heads due to the connections the United Empire have" he said.

Mr Evil: "Correct thus why I done my research and select only the finest of people who can't betray the United Empire" he said.

Red Ivan: "Enough with the small talk and explain us how we can achieve our goal of world domination" he said.

Mr Evil: "Oh that simple. Our first task is making the civilians hate the heroes and organizations while fearing us" he said smiling sinisterly.
