"No and I don't want too!" I cut Harmony off with an attitude while sitting in her passenger seat as drove.

People have been telling me about Jd posting all types of things on his story about me but I really didn't care to see what he was saying..

I already knew it wasn't nothing good.

"No need to be sassy."

"Well then don't tell me shit about that. I don't care."

"You should... I heard he looking for you."

"He not looking hard enough cause I be around." I put on a front like I wasn't worried about it but honestly...

I've had to avoid going outside as much as I can because I been getting threats from so many unknown numbers and I know it's him...

"Yo ass shaking in yo boots right now, ain't you?" Harmony laughed.

She be sensing things no matter how hard I try to hide it..

I laughed with her cause she was right, "You think he gone kill me?"

"I mean.. He gone try."

"But you got Milo now. He ain't gone let nothing happen to you." She added.

"True." I nodded my head in agreement.

Me and Milo been spending so much time together and I love every bit of it. That's another reason I don't go out, I be with him most of the time.

"I got to go to work, you going home or Milo house?" She asked me, "His house."

She drove there and it was only about eight minutes before we arrived.

We said our goodbyes as I exited the car. I walked to the front door and unlocked it before stepping in.

Yeah a bitch got her own key

"Honeyyyy I'm home!" I dragged loudly, making my way into the bedroom where Milo was laying there with his eyes closed.

"You is not sleep." I picked a pillow up and threw it at him.

"Girl don't start that shit." His eyes flew open and I started laughing hysterically.

"I'm bored let's do something."

"What?"

"The fair." I told him since the state fair had just opened & I wanted to go so bad but I refuse to go with anybody who not gone be able to protect me Incase that psycho sees me.

"We can go in like two hours." He stated and I nodded my head before laying next to him to take a nap.

"This bitch packed." Milo stated as we waited in line for our tickets.

"Hell yeah." One of his homeboy's agreed with him. They happened to be coming here as well.

It was four of them plus him so I really felt safe now.

The whole group was fine that was crazy as hell to me. It always be that one ugly nigga, but that wasn't the case at all.

The line started to move pretty quickly and we got our tickets in no time.

"Where you wanna go first?" Milo asked me and I looked around trying to pick somewhere.

"Let's just walk for now cause I don't know." I told him as we all started to walk around.

We eventually found a ride to get on and none of us liked the shit so we decided not to get on any more.

Bought the damn tickets for nothing...

"I'm hungry." I blurted out loud. "Let's go to one the food stands."

We began walking to look for food.

Everybody wanted something different so me and Milo walked off as they did the same.

We stood in line for funnel cakes cause I was craving one so bad. That's the main reason I even go to fairs..

As we stood there something told me to look to my right. Cause I could literally feel someone staring me down.

So I did and my damn heart dropped to my ass when I did.

Me and Jd made eye contact and he clearly could tell I was nervous cause he started smiling.

He lifted his shirt up a little showcasing the gun he had in his pants all while still keeping the same evil smile on his face.

"What you looking at?" Milo asked which made me turn my head towards him.

"Nothing." I lied. I never told him about any of the threats or post Jd been making.

I was just hoping it would die down soon.

"How long are we going to be here?" I looked at Milo. I was really ready to leave.

"However long you want."

"Can we leave now?"

He raised his eyebrow at me and looked confused, "We just got here and you ain't even get your—"

"I know I'm just feeling sick out of no where. I don't wanna eat anymore." I had truly lost my appetite.

"Okay." He said before got out of line and started walking towards the parking area.

I kept looking behind us cause I felt like we were being followed but there wasn't anyone there.

"Jilly what's wrong with you? Who you keep looking for?"

"Nothing. I'm just being aware."

We were getting really close to the car. In order to get there though he had to cross this walkway where cars was driving down.

As soon as we made it across, I heard a car pull up super fast making tire screeching sounds and then next thing I heard were shots ranging out about a good nine times...
