Calm After The Storm

Y/N POV

I find myself back in the void. But a giant version of Ikari appears.

Y/N: "What're you doing here?"

Ikari: "I've come to torture your mind."

Her mouth opens as I'm thrown in. But I soon find myself back at Grand Step. Looking around I see several Watts surrounding me.

Watts: "Give me back my creation."

Y/N: "I won't!"

They all pull a gun.

Watts2: "Then face death."

They all fire making me shut my eyes. But when I don't die I open my eyes to find myself standing before a burning city. Looking closely I see Ikari roaring as Grimm tear everything apart.

Y/N: "No."

Y/N: "Ruby!!!"

I turn seeing myself kneeling beside my dead wife.

Y/N: "No."

Y/N: "You'll pay Ikari!!!"

He leaps towards Ikari. But a black tendril impales his chest. I go wide eyed seeing Amica.

Y/N: "I trusted you."

Amica: "That was your first mistake."

I watch as Amica devours my body with no remorse. I drop to my knees. 

Y/N: "I failed. I failed everyone."

I hang my head.

Y/N: "I'm a failure."

A hand cups my cheek. Looking up I see my darling daughter.

Y/N: "Lily."

She smiles.

Lily: "Hi dad."

I look down.

Y/N: "I'm so sorry Lily. I failed you."

She now cups both my cheeks and lifts my head matching my eyes with hers. 

Lily: "You didn't fail me. You never will fail me."

She lays her forehead on mine. She then gives me a smile that proves she's her mother's child.

Lily: "You're my greatest hero. No matter what happens you always fight with a smile on your face. That's why I look up to you. I wanna be just like you."

She pulls back still smiling.

Lily: "I love you dad. And I always will."

I smile as the world shatters. 

3rd POV

In the real world we see red veins almost fully consuming Amica's head.

Ikari: "This' the end father."

Right when she gets ready to crush his head a sword in plunged into her chest. She looks down to see it was her father.

Ikari: "How!?!?!"

Amica: "I will not allow you to break apart Y/N's family."

He grabs her neck lifting her off the ground. Then grabbing her face he rips Ikari from Lily. When they're separated he devours his so called child. At the end he burps.

Amica: "She tasted awful."

He gently picks up Lily carrying her bridal style.

Amica: "Let's get you to your mother."

With a leap he makes his way to Ruby.

*timeskip*

Y/N: "You sure you're ready for this?"

Lily: "Born ready."

Y/N suits up. After some concentration Lily is enveloped in red Grimm essence.

Lily: *looks at hands* "I had no idea Grimm essence was this powerful.

Amica: "You'll get used to it."

He stands on the roof ledge.

Amica: "Now come on. There's a robbery only a block from here happening."

She joins him on the ledge.

Lily: "Last one to the crime scene has to buy dinner."

Amica: "Deal."

He leaps into the distance. 

Lily: "Cheater!!"

She leaps into the distance. From there she races her uncle to a crime scene.
