Fluff

"George, where are we going?" I asked as he led me outside the the castle.

"You'll see in a minute, don't take off the blind-fold," he responded. After we walked for a few minutes he stopped me.

He walked behind me and put his hands on my shoulders softly. "Happy Birthday," he whispered in my ear. He finally took the fabric off my eyes and it took me a moment to adjust before I saw the view in front of me.

He laid out a picnic blanket with a basket, which I'm assuming is full of food. I smiled before turning to him. "I know you hate crowds so I thought this would be nice," he whispered. I giggled and hugged him tightly.

"This is perfect," I muttered.

He grabbed my hand and led me to the blanket before sitting me down and sitting next to me. "When did you have the time to do this?" I asked as he opened the basket, pulling out a bottle of wine and two glasses.

"I may have skipped potions to get it ready," he hushed a bit, knowing I hated it when he skipped classes.

He quickly poured us each a glass of red wine before handing me one. "I hope this is the cherry on top of an amazing day. You deserve more than I could ever give you," his words made my heart flutter as I leaned against him.

"Everything you give me is perfect, no matter the cost. I don't deserve your sweetness," I pressed my lips against his cheek before setting down my cup and hugging him.

"Like I said you deserve everything," he replied, hugging me back a bit tighter. He handed me a sandwich before grabbing his own. For the next hour or so, we just ate our food while talking and making each other laugh.

This night was perfect, this day was amazing, he is amazing. I never want this to end. As we both finished our food the Sun started to set. Without warning George got up and offered his hand. I took it as he walked further into the woods.

Soon we reached a clearing with an amazing view. We were on top of a small hill with a lake below us.

As I was looking in aww at the view George waited behind me. When I turned around to say something I gasped. He was on the ground, on one knee. My eyes widened as he took something from his pocket.

"Y/N i know we are young but we graduate in a month and I already know I want to spend my life with you. I want you to be part of the Weasley family. Y/N, will you make me the luckiest man alive and marry me," I was speechless.

Tears welled in my eyes as I looked at the ring in his hand.

"This is all I could afford," he muttered embarrassed. I helped him up and hugged him as tightly as I could.

"Yes! Yes!" I cried into his shoulder. He chuckled and pulled away, putting the ring on my finger.

"I know it's not much-" I stopped him and kissed him tenderly. "I-It's beautiful, it's perfect,"

I stared in aww that the beautiful ring on my finger. I cupped his face in my hands before pulling his lips to mine. His hands wrapped around my waist as we kissed passionately.

"I love you George," I whispered against his lips.

"I love your more," he replied.
