Chapter 36: you belong to. . .

They broke their kiss after a while to take a breath

"Now, I get why anyone would be attracted to you" Felix said as he gave walked around the around the swing and gave Luna his hand to help her up, and with no hesitation she took his hand

She got up not letting go of his warm hands. He caressed the back of her hands and tucked her long red hair behind her ear then kissed her cheek and she blushed

"C'mon, walk with me. It's an order or else I'll murder you" Felix smiled forgetting everything "So tell me about your parents, is your mother as pretty as you are" he asked

"Yeah, she was really pretty, when she was pregnant with me people always thought that her child would be as pretty as her with pretty eyes and the most beautiful brown red hair ever, but unfortunately she got me. She was really pretty" Luna
smiled sadly

"Was?" Felix raised and eyebrow

"Well when I was little my dad left me, when I turned 8, we got into a car accident and I never saw her again " she said remembering those painful moments

"I'm sorry. I understand. My parents never really wanted me, they didn't plan 'cause they were just kids, so I grew up with grandma and they came back when I was 7, they said they were away all those years because they were working to build me a better life. But I never really believed them" he said as he smiled back sadly

"Enough with the pitiful faces let's just walk ok, like you said. 'Cause I really don't wanna be murdered" Luna said as she lightly punched Felix's arm playfully and he turned to look at her

"Ok, but do you wanna see the baby tigers, not through the windows though" he said not taking his eyes of her face

"Yeah, and can I pet them" She asked like a little kid asking for ice cream

"Ok, just make sure they don't bite you" he warned

"They bite? I mean they're so little and cute and adorable and-and–. They can't bite me, they're just way too adorable to bite" she whined

"But I don't " Felix smiled mischievously and averted his eyes from her.

Luna's POV

I just couldn't help myself liking him. He was nothing like Lex, he was sweet, funny, annoying, understood me, honest and he was pretty hot.

I mean who wouldn't fall for him.
I promised I tried and tried to help myself but I couldn't so I got on my toes and smashed my lips on his own and threw my hands around his neck.

He kissed back and wrapped his arms around my waist. We continued on like this for a while till his hand travelled to my outer thigh and he picked me up. I wrapped my legs around his waist.

We kissed for a long time without any breath when his phone got a notification and he broke the kiss and put me down

Luna what are you doing

Felix's POV

I got a text message from lex

Lex:
I'm downstairs dealing with a little peace of shit for a while, make sure my Luna doesn't die from boredom

Fuck, she's Lex's girl not mine

Me:
Oh I am so jealous, I always thought we'd die together, that I'd be your queen but you got a replacement

Lex:
Well she is a thousand times better than your ass, plus she has a vagina, she deserves to be the queen

Me:
Oh it's too hard to bare, but don't worry I'll take care if her, I am really nice you know

Lex
Yeah whatever

How could I forget something so important; she belonged to lex, she was Lex's girl. Lex loved her, he supported my every decision, always right here by my side, he was not just my best friend, he was not just the Mafia boss, he was my little brother.

The dude even shared his grandma with me despite her being his closest family. He did all that for me.

I just couldn't take Luna, no matter how much I wanted her, I could never give her what Lex could. I could never afford her. I could never give her as much, money, power, happiness, and extra specially the love. I knew that only Lex could give her as much of those as she needed.
