Chapter 55: Friends?

The cold night breeze hit Amy's fair skin. Her blonde hair flying in the wind as she sat under the brightness of the stars thinking about how far she's come since the moment her life began

Her struggles and triumphs. She was put through what no kid shouldn't have. She had a father but not a dad, and a mother who was dead to her.

She remembered the old days when she was young and happy, playing with her two brothers under the warmth of the sun, in the hot summer breeze... They were all so happy till the truth came out

Her mother and father split, her dad taking Keith and herself, and her mother taking her half brother. The three siblings kept contact for awhile but then lost each other.

Everything went down the drain for her. It was horrible for a 5 year old.

The she met Lex, her night in shining Armour. Both kids were from elite families but were different from all the other elite kids. They had a knick for adventure and fun, they wanted to jump in the mud on rainy days, and splash water all over on summer days. It was only a few before they became the best of friends

They were inseparable, for the years to come. Amelia hit 22 and Lex moved, her world came crashing and her relationship with her father went down the drain

Maybe Lex was meant for her instead. She met Luna and after years she found out his whereabouts. Maybe that wasn't for luna but for her instead

"stop thinking about me so hard" a familiar voice spoke behind her and she turned her head back to see the iconic white haired man. He then sat down on the grass next to her

"I wasn't thinking about you" she chuckled knowing she was lying

"of course you weren't" Lex said sarcastically before looking up the stars "those always reminded me of you" he whispered about the stars

"you know I admire them" Amy said closing her eyes and taking in the beautiful view of the sky "I was just remenacing about old times... All the fun we had"

"back then when you were shorter than the garden gnomes at my grandma's place, huh? " lex joked feeling that his old best friend was back

"no I wasn't" Amy giggled playfully punching the man's shoulder as he kept staring into the sky. She looked at his side profile... He was still so perfect.. Her heart skipped a beat. His jaw was so sharp it could cut through basically anything, his skin was fairer than the fairest and his eyes... The first thing she fell in love with when they first met.

"stop staring, I know gorgeous" Lex spoke in a basic manner as if he really really knew

"don't be so full of yourself... Plus that's prolly gay" Amy laughed

"I am literally a mob boss and you have the gits to say that to me, Amelia" lex scoffed as the girl just smiled

"you still look cute when your mad" Amy spoke as lex sighed

"you're the only one I tolerated, back then" lex smiled

"I know...I was in love with you back then" Amelia confessed

"but luna-"

"I know, I know... She's my best friend and I can't... " Amy took a deep breath in, closing her eyes and then opening them to look at lev who was looking back at her "but I can't.." she whispered getting lost in his metallic eyes the soon enough she found herself kissing him.. He didn't kiss back but she kissed him anyway touching him in a way that she knew would make him give in and he did... Because he was too afraid of hurting her again, and losing her again

Lex picked up Amy, holding her by the ass and walking her inside her house and straight to her room.

He placed her gently on the bed, pulling her dress off her body and then himself

His hand travelled from her neck, to her breast, and then her thighs. He spread her legs open and looked down at her.

"You know I won't stop even if you beg me too" he spoke, voice low and dark, his eyes even darker, and tinged with something she thought was love. He entered her. It wasn't slow like she imagined it would be, it was rough, but not enough to hurt her

She moaned loudly, her head hitting the bed frame as she arched her back, pushing her breasts forward.

"Lex" she moaned

"shh" lex cooed kissing her neck

"fuck me harder" she whimpered.

The dark room filled with the slamming of skin to skin and the sounds of moans and groans till they both lay exhausted on the large bed, Amelia fast adllep from exhaustion leaving Lex to think to himself.

What did he do?

As he laod there thinking to himself, he saw her her eyes. Her big blue innocent eyes... They were so beautiful but guilt ate him up from deep within.

All his life he was taught not to feel because emotions were a weakness... But she came into his life

She wasn't like anything he'd ever seen... She was quiet but her emotions were loud, she was shy but not so shy she didn't stand firm on her made up mind...

Then there was the way she melted into him.. When he first kissed her. Gosh his heart felt something greater than anything he's ever felt because he knew from the moment he felt her

From the moment he laid eyes o her, he was intrigued, it felt like there was some sort of electricity between them, like the feeling when your crush smiles at you, like a magnetic pull towards her, drawing him in by her big blue eyes that showed mystery but betrayed her every emotion.

When he first laid his eyes on her... He knew it, but denied it.

He got off the bed putting his clothes back on. He had greater things to do than to lay naked next to his ex best friend. He had to find his Luna.

A/n: hey my little butterflies (I love butterflies) it's been so long since I updated and I feel horrible. I just had stuff going on but I'm back.

I know this chapter isn't great but I read my chapters from the beginning, and as I kept moving forward I realized I was getting better at writing, and I was improving as a self proclaimed author and I wanna thank you guys for the support.
