Mercury in my veins
Shake me 'til I break
I've fallen down beforeStaring down death
With wide eyed defiance
Just waiting, waitingFor something to finally
SnapOpen all the masks
And the seizuresWracking my core
Leave me done forEchoed in tragedy
Starving for complacency
Let this mercury burnEat away at arteries
It only stokes meMake me move
Hope
That I will be doneIt takes too much
To kill a godWho laughs down
The barrel of a gunYou cannot kill
Something already dead
