Johnny stood ontop of a wrecked car and cracked open a can of beer while pacing back and forth 
Johnny: You've trained hard. You've gotten stronger, tougher, faster. You've done your best. You're ready for this tournament, am I right?
Students: Yes, Sensei!
He threw the can onto the ground
Johnny: Wrong! Your best ain't shit! If you wanna win the All-valley Under-18  Tournament, you gotta give me better than  your best. Which is why from now on, you're gonna get my worst. Do you understand?
Students: Yes, Sensei!
Johnny: Are you losers?
Students: No, Sensei
Johnny: Are you nerds?
Students: No, Sensei!
Johnny: Are you sure?
Jack kept quiet knowing what they were gonna say next
Students: No, Sensei
While Johnny sighed Jack laughed at this
~~Training Montage~~
Johnny: Move those feet! Go!
Jack ran through tires followed by Hawk then Miguel and the others panting
Scene changes to them standing in front of Johnny holding pipes in the middle of wrecked cars
Johnny: Your enemies are all around you. Destroy them!
Everyone scattered and started bashing cars with steel pipes and Jack, Hawk and Miguel worked on one car by themselves smashing the windows and doors
Scene changes back to them running through the tires again and then to Jack walking over a wooden board which was laid on a dumpster with sharp metal and broken glass in it he caught himself when he almost tripped over and walked faster  getting to the other
Scene changes back to them smashing car  and Jack, Hawk and Miguel stood on the rooftop holding a car door and they threw it to the ground
Scene changes to Hawk walking over the same board and he almost fell but caught himself and walked slowly
Scene changes to Johnny handing them some beef jerky
Johnny: You wanna be tough, you gotta be hungry. You guys hungry?
Students: Yes, Sensei
Johnny: Good. 'Cause so are they
He pulled out a dog whistle and everyone heard barking before they saw dogs running their way
Jack: Oh shit!
They all scattered and Jack ran towards on of the cars and vaulted over it and climbed the car carrier trailer behind it  and bit into the jerky
