Jack walked into the gym carrying his duffel bag in his usual workout clothes and Tommy stood there instructing someone on how to properly punch at the punching bag

The two walked up to each other before dapping each other while laughing
Jack: What're you doing here?
Jayden: Training.
Jack: This isn't Long Beach. Jay, what're you actually doing here?
Jayden: Tommy, said you needed someone to spar with so here I am.
Jack nodded before looking at Tommy with a sly smirk
Jack: You scared to spar against me now, old man?
Tommy: It's not that. With the tournament around the corner you're gonna need someone that your familiar with, so I brought Jay here just for today. His going back tomorrow. Got our tournament to deal with. Since the reigning champ undefeated by the way decided to split. Now, Jay stepping up to take your spot.
Jack chuckles scratching his head smiling sheepishly
Jack: Let's get this over with. I'm missing practice at the dojo right now, told Sensei Silver I'm meeting up with you guys.

Jack stood in one corner in the cage opposite Jayden both had their hands taped up with white tape and Tommy stood outside
Tommy: First to hit the ground loses, ready? Ais!
They circled each other before rushing at each other punch colliding trying to get the upperhand before they kicked each other backing up and Jack chuckled they rushed at each other again and Jack got a kick in sending Jayden into the cage wall and he looked up to see Jack rushing towards him and he moved out the way the kick missing him
Jack: Fuck!
Jack turned around only to be tackled into the cage and he held Jayden in a lock and started elbowing him on his back causing the boy to released his hold and Jack spin-kicked him back and ran up to him jumping up and kneeing him in the face before landing in a superhero crouch and swept Jayden's leg from under him but didn't expect Jayden to land on his hands and walk back a little and Jack chuckled before shaking his head with a smirk
