juliet couldn't help but feel extreme happiness.
even since her and zayn have become official, things had been getting a lot more simpler between them. but, not only them, but for her friendships. knowing she didn't have to lie about her feelings for zayn, feelings that have been put off for so long.
however, there was onething that was ruining juliet's day. her mum's birthday.
she hasn't spoke to her mum much, or both of her parents for that fact, ever since jasmine was born, all contact was cut off. no matter how much juliet tried to get a hold of her parents and even through flynn, they weren't having any of it.
juliet soon gave up. she realised if her parents didn't want to be part of jasmine's or her life anymore, she wasn't going to try, and as much as that pained her with losing her parents, she did what was best for her emotions and jasmine's and waited for her parents to talk to them when they were ready.
"hi, babe. you okay?" zayn said as he caught himself behind juliet on the couch, wrapping his arms around her as she laid between his legs and rested on his chest.
he understood how upset she was today. her mum's birthday was a good time during her childhood because it was the day they got to spend together since her parents were always busy due to work.
juliet turned and kissed his chin: "i'm fine, thank you."
there was one way juliet knew she could communicate to her mum, that was by posting something online. hopefully, flynn will see the post and show it to her mum since they had blocked her on so much apps.
as much as she didn't want to, she missed her parents and how much they had done for her during her childhood.
