Rose’s point of view:

I was sitting on the kitchen counter when that guy came into the kitchen. “Hey,” he whispered.

“Hey,” I replied. “I’m sorry for screaming at you. I’m just freaking out and confused.” He smiled.

“It’s alright. I can explain everything.” He told me. He was really good looking. “Lissa compelled you to forget everything. I think I can find a way to reverse it, but if I do then you’ll remember how upset I make you and you’ll hate me.”

“I won’t. I don’t know why, but I have a feeling I could never hate you.” I told him. “Please, something feels so wrong.” He picked me up off the counter and I wrapped my arms and legs around him like I was a little kid. “You know something? You’re kind of hot.”

“Oh really?” He asked.

“Mhm,” I looked at him and he placed a kiss on my face.  I put my head back on his shoulder and sighed. “Where are you taking me?”

“To see Adrian,”

“NO YOU CAN’T!” Lissa screamed and blocked the door.

“Move!” Dimitri demanded.

“You can’t! It will ruin everything!” She cried out.

“No, everything was ruined when you compelled her to forget everything. You ruined it when you didn’t stop to think about the kids when you did this stupid stunt.” Dimitri said and pushed her away from the door and left before she could stop us.

“How do I have a little girl?” I asked him.

He sucked in a breath. “You and I were in love.” Was all he said. Then he was banging on a door. “ADRIAN!” Dimitri yelled.

“What?” there was a yell and the door opened. “What do you want?”

“Lissa used compulsion on Rose and now Rose doesn’t know anything about my relationship with her or how she has a daughter, which then led to her screaming that Marie wasn’t her child and Marie crying. To the point, can you reverse what Lissa did?”

He looked at me and then to Rose. “Maybe. I can try!” Dimitri set me down. I clung to him.

“Don’t let me go!” I cried out in panic. I liked being this close to him. He smiled at me.

“Dimitri, why don’t you tell me what could be a roundabout thing Lissa said to Rose?” Adrian asked. I snuggled into Dimitri while he and Adrian came up with what Lissa ‘probably’ said.  Dimitri was rubbing my back and my arm and tugging my hair.

“Rose, I need you to look at me.” Adrian said. I was too busy snuggling Dimitri. “ROSE!” Adrian yelled. I looked at him and frowned.  “Look at me,” I glared. Suddenly, I wasn’t glaring at him now just looking. “You’ll forget ever being compelled by Lissa. You’ll remember Dimitri and everything he said and did. You’ll remember being mad at him, but you’ll also remember your first night with him and the night you too slept together. You’re going to sleep for ten minutes and wake up. Sleep.” He told me and I felt drowsy and soon felt my eyes close.
