"oh my goddd." i said as i saw what he planned.
"you like it?" corde asked and sat down.
"yesss, it's so beautiful." i said and smiled.
i sat down next to him.
"our food finna be here ma." corde said and looked at me.
"thank you corde." i said and smiled.
" i brought you out here because i wanna tell you sum." corde said.
"what's you wanna tell me?" i asked as the waiter came up to us with a big platter.
"i wanna make a promis to you." corde said as the waiter put the platter in front of us.
the waiter bowed and walked away.
corde grabbed a little blue box off of the platter.

i stared at the box.
