Chapter 3: Showcase, Sparks & Surprises

"Woman up, (y/n)" Go Go advises.

"Hai!" I nod.

They called you up for the big showcase you've been practicing all week for this and being the prodigy you are, you can nail this.

"Hi! I'm (y/n) (l/n), I'm gonna show you guys my latest project."

I took out a big ring that I can fit through. "Transportation nowadays is one the problems becase it causes heavy traffic and air pollution. I introduce to you what seems to be only possible in fiction brought to life."

You hop at the first wheel and appear at the ring beside it (there are three wheels on stage) The crowd applauded. Everyone cheering wildly.

"From San Fransokyo to Akahibara or one house to another! The future of traveling by air and water to go from continent to continent done in the speed of lighting"

You hop to the third hole and there was no sight of you the crowd gasps. Everyone starts to panic. The applaud was changed into screams.

"Everyone right here!" You shout from behind the audience out of the third portal and jump into it once more the reveal at the third portal. "Teleportation, everyone" You bow and leave the stage.

"(y/n)! You were so cool!!" Fred comments.

"You almost gave me a heart attack back there!" Honey says.

"Great job" Go Go and Wasabi says.

"Everyone group picture" as the whole gang comes up to you and says "Say (y/n)!"

"I'm very impressed, Ms. (l/n)" Callaghan applauses.

"Thank you, sir"

"I look forward to seeing you in class." He hands me the letter and as he walks away you jump and punch the air saying "Yes! Yes! Yes!"

Everyone congratulates you but then, Krei approaches you. "How? I had the finest robotics graduates in SFIT and you? A mere teenage girl?" He shouts as the guards escort him out.

"(y/n), please be careful" Hiro says as he advises you.

Everyone goes out and heads to Lucky Cat Café, when you hear an explosion the building exploads. What? You ran into the building when you heard mother calling for her daughter.

"(y/n)!" Everyone shouts.

Hiro Hamda's Point of View:

I can't breathe. De jà vú, much?

(y/n) runs into the building and everything went slow everyone was dumbstruck as the building exploads. The mother was being comforted by Tadashi and the others. We walked towards the parking lot when we all heard coughing. Could it be? (y/n)!

I ran to her and hug her tight "Please don't do anything like that. I was so scared"

"Hiro..."

She hugs me back and brings the little girl back to her mother. She teleported her way out she had a third portal at the parking lot in case one of the portals won't work.

Everyone ushers her back to the van and talks to her to ask her if she's okay. Then we all ate at the café. (y/n) stayed here because Aunt Cass was so worried about her.

"Why did you go back?" Wasabi asks.

She started to cry. "I-I'm sorry" Wasabi says.

"I, too, was just like the little girl lost in the fire of my house. The memories of no one saving me but myself still haunts me." She tries to choke out the words.

Behind the mask she puts on is a sad past. After some chat, everyone went home. (y/n) wore my clothes a sweater, shorts and her hair down. I blush at the thoughts I was having.

"Hiroooo. Do you have marshmallows?" She asks.

"Let's go downstairs!" I bought gummy bears and she bought marshmallows at the vending machine downstairs.

"Marshmwewols are thwa bwesh" She says filling mouth with marshmallows.
