There's super little information about Sandrone, the Marionette currently. However, what's obvious, is that she has a pretty unique design. In Teyvat Chapter Interlude Teaser: A Winter Night's Lazzo, she appears to be sitting on the robot-like machine's hand.

Fitting for the title "The Marionette". Continuing to analyse her physical looks, we can find some similarities with another character that we've know from the very start of the game: Katheryne! Their hairstyles look similar, they wear similar hair-pieces and clothes, their poses (crossed hands resting on top of the stomach) are almost identical too, except the fact that Katheryne is standing and Sandrone is sitting).

Katheryne herself is an interesting character. She has weird, even suspicious idle lines like "Error..." or "Rebooting..." – something what only a mechanism or a puppet would say. Not to mention, she also has a keyhole on the back of her neck.

In the recent Archon Quest of Sumeru, Nahida reveals that Katheryne is a Snezhnayan puppet:

Adventurer's Guild also originally hails from Snezhnaya. This is the point where many dots connect and form a picture of a theory: is Fatui Harbingers, specifically Sandrone/The Marionette, controlling all of the Katherynes?
If the theory turns out true, this is actually terrifying. Fatui, for now, is considered to be villains, causing disasters everywhere they go. Traveler's journey is closely related to Katheryne and Adventurers' Guild commissions (including stories from Archon Quests and various limited-time events).
Was the Fatui manipulating the Traveler all this time?
