That night, Sage was walking though the castle as Belle set the sun. Tobias was working on his studies on star-making when he saw her. She looked sad and he decided to follow her.
Sage- now the hour has come at last, the soft and fading light has crossed the west horizon and has bidden us goodnight. and what a lovely night it is to walk a moonlit field, to see the softer shades that are by starlight now revealed. So why is it now, when all is quiet and at rest, when candles glow and all of the world is at it's very best? The people of Lunaria should lock themselves away, to shun the moon and wait instead for sister's sunny day.
Tobias quietly followed her as she walked into the throne room. She looked out the huge window on the roof where the moon shined through.
Sage- am I so wrong to wish that they would see things like I do? And I am so wrong to think that they might love me too? Why shouldn't they adore me? Is it not within my right? I'll not be overshadowed, mine is not the lesser light! I've waited long enough now for them all to come around. Though the sun may plead and threaten, the moon will stand her ground!
Sage's eyes turned completely light purple as she played a cord on her lute and the entire night sky turned red.
"Sister-" Tobias whispered, horrified by his sister's actions as the crescent moon turned into a full moon.
Sage- it comes to this alast, I will no longer weld the sky if they cannot love but one princess alone. See the moon is rising, she has come to claim the heavens for her own! And all will know the wonder of my dark and jeweled sky, when all the world is wrapped in a eternal lullaby. So say goodnight to this, the final setting of the sun!

Sage's hair turned completely light purple with light blue streaks. Her dress turned into the moonstone rock armor crop-top with light purple spikes on the shoulders and light blue dripping moon on the front of the armor top. A long black skirt wrapped around her waist and was held up by a light purple belt and a black spiked belt. A spiked cuff earring covered her right ear.

Tobias gasped as Darkdream laughed and her bat-like wings opened behind her. She then walked to her throne and the moonstone rocks started glowing light blue and light purple.
"I have to go! I have to get Belle!" He told himself before running to Belle's and Varian's room.
