Dinah's POV.
Lauren and I just arrived at Kalani's house. We walked up to their doorstep and knocked on the door. Seconds later, the door swung open revealing Kalani
"Hey, you're just on time. She's already here. Come in." she step aside and let us in
"You have a comfy home." I said looking around
"Thanks. Have a seat, I'll just call her down." she said and went upstairs.
"You okay?" Lauren asked grabbing my hand into hers
I smiled and nodded. "Yeah, I just want all of this to be over."
We both heard footsteps coming down the stairs. I look up and my eyes went wide.
"Guys, this is Ruby, the girl that I was talking about. Ruby, this is Dinah and Lauren." Ruby and I make eye contact. Okay this is completely awkward
"Yeah it is awkward." Ruby chuckled. I awkwardly smiled and try to avoid her eyes
"I said that out loud didn't I?"
"Wait, ya'll know each other?" Lauren asked facing me
"Uhm well, she's the girl I was talking about that I saw with Y/N exiting the bar that I was about to give a polybeat down and called her a side hoe." Fuck I feel so embarrassed right now
"I'm sorry for that." I said to Ruby. She laughed and nodded. "It's alright."
"Do you have the number?" Ruby asked.
"Of course."
"How did you get it?" Lauren asked
I smirk. "I have my ways."
Flashback
"Allyyyy can I borrow your phone?" I sang while entering her room.
"Whyyy?" she sang back
"I can't find my phone. I was hoping I could use your phone to ring it?" I hope she would fall for it.
"Okay. I'll ring it for you." she sits up from her bed. My eyes widened and approach her because my phone was just on my back pocket
"Also, Normani needs you downstairs."
"Oh, okay. Here." she said handing me her phone before she went downstairs. I looked back to double check before opening her phone
I went up to her messages to find the number. I scroll down faster to find it. Fuck where is it?
Then I went to her deleted messages and bingo. She recently deleted it. I looked back again before pulling out my phone and saved the number on my contacts.
I remove her messages and ring my phone so she won't find it suspecious.
I went downstairs to give Ally her phone back. I saw them on the kitchen making lunch. I sigh in relief because it will look like Normani did need help.
"Here smalls. Thank you. Smells good in here." I said sitting on the chair
"Yeah, all thanks to Ally's help." Normani looked at me and raised her eyebrows. I smiled and winked at her.
"Come on let's eat. My child and I are starving." Ally said sitting on the chair beside me

"Can you detect the number?" I asked Ruby
"Yep. Just give me the number and I'll find it on my laptop."
