Within a see through room,
I see the nicest of the door
My fingers layed down on the floor
So many more miles away from home
And I still hope that you find what you want
even with the pretty barricaded doors

Stuck in a two-sided box
hiding doesn't help
We can see it all
and there's no one to blame
Forcing myself to the big door
I'm waiting on someone to give me the keys

Don't know pain, they think I do
and I convince myself this
Seeing what I'm told that I should see,
I don't even comprehend the basics
and she doesn't help me
Building me up for the next stage on the board

Seeing my friends
they're not real
Waiting on someone to notice me,
I'm not crying
Taking a deep breath in, I walk further
The door opening, I wonder what for

Do know pain, they think I don't
and I try to convince myself this
Seeing more than what I'm told that I should see,
I keep trying to at least comprehend the basics
and she tries to help me
Building me up for the next stage on the board

So show me what I'm doing this for

Don't know pain, they think I do
and I convince myself this
Seeing what I'm told that I should see,
I don't even comprehend the basics
and she doesn't help me
Building me up for the next stage on the board

Someone behind the door,
I walk closer
I hear the roars
My fingers touching the door,
I breathe in
And now I go
