the next thing you knew, you had alien hands inspecting your neck. they were rough yet firm. the medical yautja examined your neck for the so-called translator. it would allow you to understand the yautja language however it would not allow you to speak it. 

the medical yautja sent a few 'clicks' towards En'ta who was leaning against the door, something he said caused a response in En'ta. you could only tell by how his body tensed. 

then you felt a sting, it hurt like hell, the signal spread throughout your body causing you to jerk. closing your eyes and letting out a scream. you attempted to push the yautja away however he didn't budge. 

soon enough the pain was over and when you looked up, En'ta was gone, the medical yautja still there with you. 

"Can you understand me?" he asked while he touched your neck.

"Yeah?"

"Okay good, the translator is working just fine then, do you hear any ringing?"

"nope."

"Good good, could you write your name here." he handed you a tablet and pen, you wrote it in English but it translated to weird characters you had never seen before.

"Now if you don't mind.... Y/n? hope im saying it correctly, I'd like to take a few more tests."  he insisted as he raised your arm- poking here and there. 

he mainly carressed your body as if to measure it while taking notes. you didn't stress until you saw him pull over a machine, it scanned you up and down and displayed information on the tablet. 

"Alright.... last test- im going to draw blood"  he spoke as he grabbed the needle. you held out your arm to allow him easy access to your veins. 

it was a small prick which you decided to look away for, as you winced. 

he hummed in delight as he flicked the now blood-filled needle. "that'll be all Y/n."

walking out you did feel a bit lightheaded, though you didn't leave empty-handed, he had given you a chocolate bar and a cup of water. it seems they knew how to treat humans. 

as you munched on the bar, you wandered around aimlessly until you found a vast room, it was the area where you gave the speech, though now it looked to be a lunch area. Yautja filled the room sitting, enjoying their food and chatting. 

now that you could understand them, it wasn't just a series of clicks. 

you explored the room, found yourself a tray with semi-human food on it and sat down in the corner. it was a two seater. There were a few plants covering you from the crowd which gave you a calm feeling.

you poked at the purple meat with your hands, there was nothing to help you. picking it up and biting into it, it didn't taste like meat at all, through you didn't mind the flavour. what caught your attention was the orange yautja now sitting in front of you.
