sunghoon was to be put under the watch of nurse mina for the rest of the week due to his severe panic attack.

nurse mina broke the news to the couple waiting in the living room, and they had almost burst into tears. sure, it was for the best, but it definitely was heartbreaking hearing that your friend was going through so much.

"riki, sunoo, i'm so sorry but sunghoon will have to be under nurses care for the rest of this week." mina spoke wholeheartedly, truly feeling bad for the boys and sunghoon.

"oh... okay.. thank you so much noona" sunoo nodded slowly and bowed, trying his best to hold in his emotions. he looked onto his shoulder and saw riki fast asleep. he let out a 'tsk' noise and slapped riki awake.

"nishimura riki!! wake up!" sunoo whisper-yelled, sounding like a mother.

"whauugujghuh" riki gurgled, still half asleep.

"oh, do you ever not sleep? noona just said that sunghoon will be under nurses watch for the rest of the week!"

oh boy was riki awake now.

"EH??" riki gasped, looking at mina to see if the news were true.

mina nodded sympathetically and closed her eyes, breathing in before continuing.

"if you'd like to see him and talk to him now, you can, but please be careful with your volume. i've noticed he's a little jumpy at loud noises and yelling. it's possibly due to past trauma. do any of you know of sunghoons past?" mina suggested, looking down at the notes on her fruit themed notepad.

"no.. not at all, i've only known him for about a week or so. he's new to this school, noona." sunoos eyes widened and his eyes met rikis which were showing the same amount of shock and disbelief.

"i see. well, he's just over there by that door. if he ever tells you anything, please let me know with his consent." mina smiled, and it seemed like she was about to say something else. "oh! i almost forgot, if he ever misses a certain class because he's in here, bring his work in for him."

"of course, noona. will he be with you the entire day?" riki bowed slightly whilst asking his question.

"ah, no, not necessarily. if he wants, he can, but i will let him go outside to use the bathroom, get something from his locker, or whatever other reason he wishes to go outside for." mina smiled, pointing towards the door where sunghoon was behind. "thank you so much for your help, and for bringing him in. he's extremely lucky to have such good friends like you."

"we try our best. we should be thanking you though." sunoo softly returned a smile and turned the handle to the door, looking at mina for a final confirmation. mina nodded her head and smiled once more, turning around to attend to another student who had just came inside.

when the door fully opened, they saw a sniffling sunghoon sitting on a padded chair, wiping his nose with the sweater paws from the oversized hoodie he was wearing.

"sunghoon?" sunoo whispered as lowly as he could while also making sure sunghoon could hear him.

sunghoon blinked and looked up slowly, his eyes red and puffy from crying. his lips were red from biting them so much throughout his breakdown, and his hair was all disheveled. he still looked beautiful, though.

sunoo sighed, looking at sunghoons messed up self.

did he look ugly? not in the slightest. was he okay? definitely not.

"how are you doing, bud?" riki sat down on the bed that was near sunghoon, softly speaking to him.

sunghoon didn't respond, and riki didn't push him any further. a single teardrop fell from his eye, and he sniffled loudly before rubbing at his nose again. it was red from how much he'd been rubbing it for the past hour.
