It's been said that for any event, there are an infinite number of possible outcomes. Our choices determine which outcome will follow, and therefore all possibilities that could happen do happen across countless alternate universes. In these divergent universes, known history is bent, like element through proton-broken into a boundless neutron of what-might-have-beens. But in those Parallel Isotopes, what might have been... is what actually happened.
Takumi Shinada was the son of Monpei Shinada that was never became Cook Fighter Cinnamon in this universe, instead he was the first Ultraman Decker and Takumi was chosen by his dad to continue his duty as the new Ultraman Decker. His power may hold the key to helping his friend Yui Nagomi/Cure Precious and the others protecting earth from Bundoru Gang. But with the mysterious leader of Bundoru Gang, Sphire began unleashing his full power, and the other universes pulled into this conflict, Takumi and his friends adventure reaches a destined crossroads that could lead to a bright delicious memories or to dark despaired memories.

Our hero of this story and the human form of new generation Ultraman Decker. Takumi is blunt but takes care of people. He gets flustered over topics related to romance. Takumi will do anything to protect Yui's happiness. Takumi also doesn't let other people's opinions bother him, to the point that he is honest with his feelings and expressing his opinions. He often doubts himself when he feels like he isn't being helpful, but overcomes the doubts through some encouragement.
He gained the Ultra D Flasher and Ultra Dimension Cards from his Father while trying helping the Delicious Party Precures, and now Takumi has taken over his father's legacy the new Ultraman Decker. Takumi and his friends begins a journey to Parallel Isotopes to save their Universe from it's doomed fate.
Running through the Delicious Field, with his Ultra D Flasher given by his father as his guide, Takumi Shinada found himself witnessing a battle between a group of magical girls and one young man against a monster that looked like Dinosaur from a another Universe controlled by a green haired guy.
The battle was not in the heroes' favor, as the young man and the three magical girls had been captured, leaving the pink haired magical girl with a small fox on her waist, whom for some reason he felt like he recognize her. It was only until the girl's determined speech that he realized who the girl was, as despite her different appearance, there was only one girl who would talk like this girl did.
