Several years ago, following the disappearance of Kiana, the Valkyrie of Saint Freya Academy, and the final battle between humans and the Honkai, a mysterious item named Pandora's Box was discovered on Mars by Earth colonists. This discovery unleashed a catastrophe that would forever alter the planet. In the aftermath of the Sky Wall Disaster, the Sky Wall's rise divided the Mars Colony into three warring territories: Touto (Eastern Capital), Hokuto (Northern Capital), and Seito (Western Capital). Mars, now referred to as Luoxing, became plagued by unidentified monsters known as Smash, which relentlessly attacked the public.

To combat this chaos, the Valkyrie Mars Exploration Team sought the help of Dreamseeker, a mysterious male genius and prodigious physicist from a bubble universe. He was tasked with deciphering the mysteries left behind by both Pandora's Box and the Smash. Accompanying him was a mysterious girl named Senadina born from the Sea of Data, who appeared in his dreams. Together with the Mars Exploration Team, they embarked on a journey as warriors, exploring Mars to uncover the secrets of Pandora's Box, the Smash, and their own destinies.
Their journey was fraught with challenges, as they faced adversaries from the Seven Shus. To succeed, they had to confide in these adversaries if they hoped to stop their mutual enemy, Evolto, an ancient alien intent on destroying the Solar System they all held dear.

The main protagonist of this story, Dreamseeker, is an Oxia local and a student at the Data Institute. A physicist by training, he transforms into Kamen Rider Build. Immersed in research on the Sea of Data, he never imagined that one day he would stumble upon its unknown depths and embark on a journey through bubble universes with newfound friends. This journey is one of retelling the past and anchoring the future, as the star map of destiny slowly unfurls before his eyes, guiding the directionless Dreamseeker toward the lost light of Luoxing.
Originally a mysterious young man from another bubble universe, Dreamseeker's greatest trait is his genius-level intellect, demonstrated through his advanced knowledge of science, mathematics, engineering, and cryptography. He is easily attracted to anything he deems mysterious or interesting, whether it's a new innovation or a lead toward uncovering his past, and he will relentlessly pursue it until he reaches a conclusion or someone forcibly stops him.
When Dreamseeker gets excited, typically due to a discovery or breakthrough, he sprouts an ahoge, a single lock of hair that represents a person with a foolish and carefree personality—traits not entirely absent in Dreamseeker. Perhaps his most well-known characteristic is his "superhero-like" sense of justice. A firm pacifist, he believes that science should be used for the benefit of humanity and harshly opposes its use for war. His selflessness and sense of duty often lead him to shoulder burdens alone, regardless of whether he can bear them. While generally calm and composed, Dreamseeker is prone to poor judgment during moments of emotional turmoil.
By using the Build Driver, Dreamseeker, as Kamen Rider Build, can assume a variety of forms called Trial Forms by combining different Fullbottles. Each Fullbottle has a Best Match, a pairing that creates an especially powerful form. These Best Matches have unique names compared to mismatched forms, and the caps of the Fullbottles indicate their corresponding Best Matches. To initiate a finishing attack, Build turns the Build Driver's Vortex Crank again. The finisher for all Trial Forms is called the Vortex Attack, while the finisher for Best Matches is called the Vortex Finish.
RabbitTank Form is Build's primary and default Best Match form, accessed using the Rabbit and Tank Fullbottles, earning it the name "Moonsault of Steel." This form is Dreamseeker's favorite Best Match and is themed after a rabbit and a tank.
As Build's most balanced (and second-fastest) form, RabbitTank is favored by Dreamseeker, even though he can transform using any Fullbottles. The Rabbit and Tank Fullbottles exhibit high synergy and compatibility with various mechanisms, making RabbitTank the foundation for several of Build's upgraded forms.

I don't know why, but whenever I'm with her, she feels so familiar, and my heart feels warm and fuzzy. Could I be falling in love with Senadina?"
