★Chapter Thirty seven ★

It's traumatising to see Aurora sick on a bed with tubes and an oxygen mask on her also a worried indigo who looks like she's going to burst into hot tears soon. I had so many emotions going on now, the anger I feel towards Miles, the sadness I feel seeing my daughter on fighting for a  chance to overcome this allergies, pain I feel seeing Star wake up multiple times to check on how Aurora is doing.

I called Miles teacher and she called his parents to confirm it and he indeed gave the peanuts, I can't blame Jim because he cried some hot tears hearing what Aurora is going through and it touched a little part of me, I mean I get it, he likes Aurora, yay! But he should know that I rather shave all my hair and be stoned to death and get fried and skinned alive than him dating my daughter, never.

I was his age and gave all the pretty girls in my class my lunch and snacks, they'll kiss my cheek and eat my snacks while I will later look at the clock for school to be over when hunger decides to strike, I  would run so fast that my legs were like. touching the back of my head to eat food home and I kept doing this until I found out of them were cheating on me with a kermit the frog plushie after she ate my cookies and my lasagna that mom made

I was so pissed and she began to cry, I mean I remember it and laugh because I was so stupid at that time. She cried but I didn't forgive her since she kissed him on the lips and he was smirking at me. I moved on and she moved on kissing all the plushie to spite me and it worked.

I walked back to the room and see Star awake looking at sleeping Aurora, i see the sadness in her eyes and it makes my chest tightened before i walk toward her
"Hey Star, Are you okay?". I said, I rub my hand on her arm as she leans in my touch and nods her no.

"N-no,". Her voice sounds wobbly"How did I not know my daughter is allergic to peanuts like I would have never forg-".

"Star, No one knew and it's not like you are in her body, you're an amazing mom to Aurora and don't doubt your amazing self about something as little-".

"It's not Little, She has rashes all over and she can't talk and she fainted-".

"Yes but if we think negative then how do we encourage her to fight it, do you want her to look in the mirror and think that she's ugly when we both know that both my sperms and our egg has no and I repeat no ugly gene or Dna in them?".

Pink flushes on her cheek as she uses her hand to cover her face and nods her head in a disapproval, it's true. I and my  swimmers defeated birth control and we are never going to shut up about it since it's a fucking ego booster and I enjoyed it when it came from her mouth also"Did you really have to add that into this?".

"Yes, I had to, look at our daughter". I say and wrap my arm around her neck"She looks just like me, how would people like know she's even your daughter?". I said

"People will know and she doesn't look like you like how you say she's". She add and rolls her beautiful eyes at me.

"I mean black grab-able hair that I don't mind you grabbing". I said"Hazel eyes that doesn't mind seeing an uncensored you, a frown just like mine and nose like mine that doesn't mind sniffing you all over, a nice pair of lips that doesn't mind kissing you until you lose your breath". I  said and leaned closer to her more

"I'm sure her boyfriend would love all you describe for him to do to her". She says and an automatic frown comes on my face before I leaned away from her

"If any punk ass grabs my daughter's hair then he would have legs anymore, if he thinks of seeing an uncensored part of her then may the Lord make him go blind at the thought of it-".

"Amen". Indigo whispers, Oh? So we're on the same page of never allowing her to date until she's older than the Queen

"May his nose be filled with mucus if he thinks he can sniff our trouble all over". I said and Indigo smiles"Amen". She says

"May his lips burn if he kisses her and it will fall on the floor and be eaten by few frogs in Jesus name". I add and she says an amen and a grin appears on our face

"May he land in the grave of our hands  if he thinks he can swoon our daughter when we're the only one who can swoon our daughter together". I added and she says an amen and a hallelujah.

"We're so weird, Wishing bad on-".

"No, We are just protecting out daughter from ever having the need to cry when she has us who can possibly be the only happiness in her life". I said" Yeah, we're  the only one who can make her happy".

I hum response and kissed her head, i watch her small smile turn to a sad pout when she looks at Aurora. I kiss her neck
"She's going to be discharged soon,Star".

"Really?".Her eyes shoon with happiness does she know she boosts my ego when ever she makes me feel I did something for her or when I make her smile.

"Yeah, The doctor said she doesn't need to stay here over night and that all we've to do is put some calamine lotion on her body when she's about to sleep to make her and some other medicines too but I have bought them, they're in the car".

"Thank you, it means a- mhm". She hums when I kissed her. She didn't need to thank me, I could do anything for my Trouble and I'm glad that God Decided to write this in my destiny to be a her dad.

She clutches to my jacket and I leaned a bit more into the kiss, she's a witch. She has successfully ruined other women for me,If she's doesn't take birth control after the night we slept together and had our baby and if she's not my baby mama then I don't want her, you can have her.

We e pulled away when the door opens, the nurse looks at a scowling me and the flustered indigo,The nurse smiles at us then goes to Aurora to remove the mask from her mouth and wrote something  down before she smiles at me"We are going to discharge her now, She's better now and just needs to rest and use her medication and avoid peanuts". She add

"And next time please, can we buy lots of epi pens available in case this happens. I will smear some lotion on her to stop the itching and you can take her home". She add before removing the wires from her body and slowing picking Aurora from the bed and taking her away from here

"See Aurora is fine, come on. Put a huge smile on that pretty face of yours Star". I said and nudged her, she glares at me.

"Smile". I said and she scowls at me

"S_mile or I will do something".

"I'm not in the mood to smile".

"I can make you be in other moods".

She blushes even more"You dirty minded asshole, get away from me". She squeals shifting to another seat.

"You have a dirty mind, Star. I meant I could make you happy and blushy but I don't mind putting you in the mood you are thinking of". I say wiggling my brow

She scowls"May the Lord, wash your brain with holy water". She adds but her cheeks says other wise.

"Mommy? Daddy?". Aurora says, she rubs her eyes and looks at us, she was not in her hospital dress but her dress.

"Trouble". Indigo says, She lifts Aurora in her arm and rains kisses on her"Don't do that to me again, mommy can't live without". Indigo adds kissing her cheeks

"Sorry mommy". Aurora adds, She wraps her arm around Indigo neck and snuggles to find a new sleeping position

We paid the bill and no Indigo didn't allow me to pay the bill, the drive home was filled with silence which is pissing me off ever more. Indigo phone beeps and her eyebrow arches in confusion

I could sense Trouble and it was not Aurora this time.
