MC slammed her phone down causing Jake too jump, he looked at MC and could see she was upset. He had just finished with his program and could leave it too do what it needed. He pulled MC up from her chair pulling her down onto his lap holding on too her.

MC: it's not your fault Jake, this is all on Hannah we will get through this together
Jake: what am I going too do? Should I go meet her? Or just stay away
MC: I don't think it's a good idea too meet her at night or any other time, especially at the black lake she could be up too anything. But If you really want too do this then meet her in the day somewhere and a bit more public.
Jake: will you come with me? I can't do this on my own

Jake leaned forward and kissed MC wrapping their arms around each other, the kiss soon got interrupted by Jake's phone buzzing. Jake reached for his phone and saw a new message had come through from Hannah.

Thomas: I thought I would make your favourite salmon with wild rice
