We are here, still in LA, till the end of the month, until what I have to give her a million dollars.

Past a week I'm trying to find a way to get that million dollars but I can't find it. I have 400 thousands on my bank account but that is still not a half of money I have to give her.

"man, can I borrow you for a minute?" Ben asked and I looked at him confused but I went after him inside the house

"look, I don't want to get into your relationship with Grace, but she's my daughter and I see that something is going on, so I want to hear from you what's happening, because I know women are always making dramas" he said smiling and even I wanted to smile i couldn't

I have a problem I have to solve and I don't know how so I won't hurt anyone.

"I'm in a trouble and if I want to keep everyone dear to me safe I'll have to break up with Grace even I don't want that, I don't want to break her heart. I know you'll be mad, Ela will be mad, dad will break me in pieces, mum will be disappointed and Kyle will never forget me but that's going be the only right way to keep her safe" I said and then I heard doors slamming and Ben put hand on his head

I was going downstairs when I heard Leo talking to dad

"...I'll have to break up with Grace even I don't want that, I don't want to break her heart. I know you'll be mad, Ela will be mad, dad will break me in pieces....."

I slam doors running away as tears were rolling down my cheeks.

He's leaving me, he's gonna break up with me just when he yesterday said he will never do that.

"Grace-"

"don't, go away, please" I said showing him with my hand not to come any closer

"you have to listen to me" he said raising his voice

"WHY? BECAUSE YOU'RE BREAKING UP WITH ME?" I shout at him

"BECAUSE YOU'RE THE ONLY ONE I CAN TELL WHAT'S REALLY GOING ON" he shout and some people turned to us as he stepped closer

"Let's make it somewhere else, please" he said

I just walked in direction of beach where we were last a month, not even in the evening there is a lot of people and it's peace to get rest of everything.

I sat on the sand and he did the same

"that night when we talked and you ran away, I saw you in backyard crying and that Ela find you. I couldn't sleep the whole night and at 5am I went for run, my normal route that turned into the biggest regret that morning. Out of nowhere she came there, I found her in front of me blackmailing me again. She's asking for a lot of money until the end of the month if I don't want her to come to my parents with police telling them that I raped her. She mentioned you and how she's gonna tell you, I'm scared of what she can do and that's why I came to worse decision in my life" he said as I looked at him

"s-she?" I asked confused

"I'm telling you I don't know how after three years she got there right when I was there" he said

"how much money she wants?" I asked

"that's not your business Grace, I just can't let anyone of you get into problems because of me or even worse I can't put you all in risk, and I can't let anyone else find out what happened. First I have to keep you safe even on the way you will never forget me and on the way that will hurt both of us. And then I have to get to that money either way she's gonna ruin me till the end. I will lose everything, you, family and carrer" he said

"how much she wants?" I asked

"Grace-"

"just tell me" I said raising my voice

"million" he said

"fuck" I mumbled

"I have about 30k" I said and he shook his head

"no, not a chance Grace, you need that for college and after all you have nothing to do with this, it's my problem, I just need you to understand my next steps" he said

"I want to help you Leo, please" I said cupping his face

"not a chance, I would rather disappoint everyone and do the worst than take any money from you, don't be silly" he said pulling away from me

"you have to go back to London" he said and walked away from me

"WHAT?" I shout after him but he didn't react
